I just started coming back to this place after years of not going there no particular reason why the food is good hot the atmosphere is nice they did a good job of redecorating large large variety of food I've mostly stuck to the chicken wings with hot sauce and ketchup fries onion rings and the Llama beans with rice tremendous and the cornbread I don't eat it with my food but it goes very well with my coffee the next day we had a party about a month ago and we decided to put their chicken wings on the menu everybody loved them and I know several of my family that was at the party has been to BBQ Town afterwards for the wings

Mac and cheese was watery and unseasoned. It tasted like water and ricotta cheese. Potato salad was impressive. Cabbage was okay if it was salted less. Ribs were tender but salty. Y’all should’ve used that extra salt in the Mac. Ubereats trash too for not giving some type of credit!!!

This place is extremely inconsistent. When I first went there the food was okay. I ordered beef ribs (which were way too small, portions wise) but they were cooked well. The sides were hit or miss, collard greens were made with too much vinegar, mac and cheese not too good, potato salad was bland. The last time I ordered turkey wings and this is why I won't go back again...they only give you half of a wing for 11 bucks which is ridiculous. They were dry and over cooked big time.I also ordered black eye peas, which believe it or not tasted like they added SUGAR to them, yuck!! The rice was undercooked as well. Needless, to say the total experience was awful. I don't know what their arrangement is regarding their cooks but they need to have someone who can give them more consistency. The worst thing for a customer is not knowing if the food they're buying is the same as the last time. I get the feeling they have people cooking who don't belong in their kitchen. Being nice isn't enough to give this place a good rating.

This was my first time ordering from this establishment and it was online through GrubHub. I ordered the BBQ Chopped Pork Sandwich Platter which is the aforementioned bbq pork over two slices of bread with two sides, mine were collared greens and lime beans. The chopped bbq pork was nice, not great (my fault as my brain was thinking pulled bbq pork instead of chopped). The collared greens needed more seasoning but were still tasty and the lima beans were delicious. I especially appreciated the separate containers for the two side dishes.

food is bland, you have to put your own salt and pepper and condiments after the food is cooked and they give you your plate. you have to take the food out the bag over to a side table to dress the food up... I asked for two pieces of bread ,he guy said yes we have bread,I asked him could he put two pieces with my food, he yes sure but he did not give me any bread... I ordered the combo chicken with fish platter, only two pieces of chicken wings and only one piece of fish..my sides were fries and cabbage, he put the cabbage in the container with my fries which cause then to be soaked with cabbage juice which is not good, they should have put cabbage in a separate container to prevent leaks...the prices are high.. I paid 32$ for 4 pieces of wings and 2 pieces of whiting, with no bread, rolls or cornbread. I would only go back here if nothing else in the area was open for food. they should do better, now I see why it's always empty in there.

Ordered pork long rib platter with Mac n cheese, greens and a side of candied yams. Now, I asked for extra bbq sauce and I forgot they include a piece of bread so that soaked up all the sauce. I guess people like bbq bread, I don't. Ribs were not as tender as I remembered (and I like them a little darker) and the Mac n cheese was not cheesy. The greens had a vinegar taste, not like I remembered either. Candied yams were good. All in all I don't think I will go out of my way (like I did today) to order again. It's not like I remembered from some years back. Definitely a difference and since they say Dwight's is a no go now, idk where to go lol. Not bad but not good either. Oh and only got 3 and a half ribs. Online pic has 5. I was expecting at least 4.

The ribs, spicy cabbage & potatoe salad are good but the tuna salad didn't taste good.

My beans and rice were great but the bbq chicken wings weren't tasty they looked rushed like the sauce was put on at the last minute .
