Super cute café. Perfect place to grab a coffee and look at some Philadelphia merchandise! Great coffee and treats.

Loved the place instantly! The interior design, the owner who is very nice and friendly, chocolate mouse cake that is very delicious, and most of all - coffee!!! I ordered capucchino and was absolutely delighted with its smooth “European” creamy taste!!! Homemade sugar syrup instead of a regular sugar was an additional lovely touch. I’ll be back soon ❤️P.S. And an additional bonus, as I’ve just discovered: if you use Rakuten app, you’ll get cash back from your visit to Red Parasol Cafe! I had no idea, and was pleasantly surprised!

Cute little cafe near Sonny's. Stopped here to get a turmeric latte, which was tasty and comforting since it was so windy outside! The cashier was very friendly and chatted with me as I ordered. He even refilled my thermos with hot water. We sat inside the cafe for a little bit to enjoy the latte. The decor inside is exactly what you'd expect from the name of the cafe -- lots of red parasols everywhere :)

Went in for a quick iced coffee and it was delicious. They were so nice and friendly and the place was so cute that I’ll definitely be going back to sit and get a little work done.

It's no wonder this place has no customers. The cashier never greets you. She stayed looking at her phone. She felt unconvinced by our questions about Water Ice (a local drink). A person that looked like a owner or manger also ignored us. What puzzles me is "so many" eateries around them were packed with people. I happen to love tea and thought this below average place would be a nice. However, the rudeness and stale pastry are a turn off.

Super friendly staff. Excellent coffee. Fabulous WiFi. I didn’t eat but the pastries look good. They didn’t mind me sitting there with my coffee. Genuinely welcoming. Great selection of gifts too. It’s easy to overlook this place but highly recommended.

First time at this cafe. Very relaxing tho is a small cafe. Lots to choose from. Tried the Tumeric Latte. Not too overpowering and is good.

A cute, tiny spot with different types of seating to choose from (comfy seats vs bistro tables). A nice selection of pastries & maybe over a dozen tea flavors. I was a little disappointed that the tea is stash brand (bagged) but overall it's an ok little tucked away spot if you're in Old City and want to sit with a cup of coffee/tea.

They are nice people, but they sell very stale pastries. I'm suprised they do not know when to get rid of old food.

This was a wonderful choice for breakfast in Old City. I imagine it would also be excellent for lunch or coffee and sweets. Our breakfast sandwiches were excellent and fresh. The place was just wonderful place

Me and my wife went to Philadelphia for the first time back in September. We’re originally from Missouri but moved to Norfolk and decided we were going to make a trip that month. We did the casual things tourists would do (Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Rocky Statue, Eagles game, etc). Our first morning we were looking for a place to eat breakfast and ended up going here since it was a few block away from our hotel and overall It was an amazing experience. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the staff was very nice too. We decided to go there again the next morning. Highly recommend!

So I love this place, I came here when it was ran by the original owners and it was always quality breakfast and still is! The cook and staff are always so nice and helpful! The new owner is running the place down. I came in today to pick up my order when it was busy so it took a bit longer, which I understand, but I had to change my order multiple times because the owner didn't get the supplies the staff needed for the day. I'm pretty disappointed as I never had an issue when the lovely older couple ran the place. I'm sad to see this happening due to new owneship, and I'm especially shocked since the changeover happened awhile ago so issues like this shouldn't be happening. I hope the new owner can get this sorted out as I want to continue coming here, but will take my business elsewhere if issues like this persist.
