So If I could give them 0 stars I would. I've been ordering from here for years and everytime I order i spend 50 plus dollars. About 3 weeks ago I called and had them deliver food to my family while I stepped out for my hubby and my five kids and went to my mom's...Anyway my phone dies. Back on but 2.5 hours later I call my hubby on my way home I'm asking how the food was he's like I never got any I thought yu just didn't order I'm like what I call them. I'm furious. Lady tell me they're gonna refund me that I should have answered the door. This is a prepaid freaking order why didn't your guy just knock on my damn door. Nope supposed security issue even though I've been being food from yall for years it was a prepaid meal and still haven't even gotten my full refund 3 weeks later. I will never order food from yall again !!!! Number one it was totally unfair that my kids were left hungry after I covered it. Super irresponsible to still not have gotten my money and a lost of a customer for what cause your driver is scared??? Even though I prepaid!!!!!!! I could understand if I didn't pay, oh dang he might get robbed, the dude could have even left it on the step.

Anyway I wasn't going to even write this but these ppl still haven't given me my money and it's been three weeks. I call once per week and now everytime I call no manager, please call back tomorrow, oh he's not here .

Man w.e keep the money and keep your services cause never ever again. We're talking 56 dollars every single order for 3 years. Absolutely not anymore!!!

This use to be a great spot over a lot of other places ! Now..I’m not sure anymore. Whom ever. Is cooking and running the show at night , must hate to be there! Seriously , the quality is a one star now.Please fix your DoorDash and Grubhub settings so customers can customize their orders. That is very important because having “options” is the best thing as a foodie. Thank you .

Do not get their fettuccine Alfredo, the sauce is very very bland. Thought the chicken and broccoli also came with it since it was $15 & in the description. No broccoli at all & no option to add it either. Had to buy chicken and broccoli separately and season the pasta ? I’ll stick to making homemade Alfredo. Their wings are also terrible. I’ve never written a review so there’s that!

Two years ago this pizzeria use to be good all of a sudden it went down hill as of today 08/21/2024 I always order the same pizza but lately they mess up my order every time I get delivery and when I call for them to fix it they ask if I want credit instead of sending me my right order then when they resend it the pizza is not cut and it comes out burnt and sloppy they need to get rid of the girl who takes the orders very bad attitude….come on you guys are better than that but for now I’m going elsewhere

I've been ordering from this place for over 10 years now. Tom is like part of the family now, lol. My kids beg me, at least once a week, for food from Bentoulis. They grew up on this pizza. My order is always the same XL Pizza Half Plain Half Pepperoni, 10 piece chicken fingers with hot sauce, and regular cut fries. My wife hates the fact that they changed the chicken fingers over a year ago, but other than that... this is good ol reliable ?✌️

I ordered a salad, for delivery. A hour later , no salad called and was told th driver should be here any minute. 4 1/2 hours later. Still no food. Not even a phone call.

Ordered a pizza through grubhub from them on 6/5/24. I added a message onto the order expressing the want for "extra cheese" as the app doesnt have the option. Well apparently someone there thought it would be funny to not add extra cheese to my pizza, but add a cup of "blue cheese" and over cook the pizza. My daughter and i didnt find it very funny. So good job on ruining our lunch ?
