Bentoulis Pizza

I called, heard nothing and thought the call fell so I hung up and called again. Some guy went on and said “I told you to hold. Don’t be holding my call line, better yet, don’t order at all.” Then proceeds to hang up before I could say anything. I get it gets busy, but that was rude as hell for an honest mistake. Honestly stopped me from wanting to order here again. Which sucks because I did like the food, but not worth supporting rude people.

i paid for a pizza and they never delivered it. i asked for my money back, they never gave me my money back. and i still dont have the pizza. i talked to the manager and he argued with me about calling. This place is a scam. it will be shutdown very soon.

Whoever is one the phones is rude and doesn’t know how to do their job , I ordered delivery on slice and when I called to see where my delivery was she had a attitude and tried to tell me it was pick up. When I did get my food it was cold and that about did it for me here , they feel like their doing a service for you go somewhere else

Don’t waste your money. I got a plain pizza,fries, cheesesteak, and fried mushrooms. Let’s just say pizza came with pepperoni and looked like a cheese slide all greasy, the steak didn’t even taste like steak didn’t eat it, fried mushrooms were mush with a mouth full of grease. It’s a shame this food and quality went down the drain. Will no longer order from here

Im a first-time customer and new to the neighborhood. Chicken parm was great. I will definitely be back for the pizza. Im also impressed with the many plants.

I ordered a cheesesteak and pizza. The pizza is burnt, cold and hard/stiff as a rock. Tried to call and complain but it goes straight to voicemail.

So disappointed I’ve always ordered from here and when I asked to speak to the manager about the issue she said it was not possible for there to be feathers on the wings due to them coming frozen already. Highly disappointed and will never order again.

Don't even bother. I've been ordering here for years and the standards are all but gone. I received this pizza over cooked and practically burnt. I called and spoke to someone's ignorant child on 4/13 around 5:50pm who basically told me that's how the oven cooked it, it's not their fault, they're not responsible and another pizza won't be going out. I tried to explain that the cheese was hard and inedible. I even offered to send the picture of what I received and she refused. Find a better spot.

I always order from here. This is one of my go to places. My daughter is autistic/ neurodivergent and she loves pizza. She is very picky as well and this is one of the only places she will eat from!

Food is good service not so good they forgot the barbecue sauce and when i call back I was told they are too busy to deliver it gives you that feeling we got your money sorry not sorry
