The seasoning was really good. The potatoes and corn where my favs. Shrimp a little over cooked. The snow crabs had a funny taste. I did not care for them at all I ate 2 legs and gave a third to someone else to make sure it wasnt me but they agreed they were funny tasting. I may give them another try later in the summer when they are busier and crabs might be fresher. Not disappointed, not satisfied

Good evening to all. I just want to express my experience on an order I received Last week on 11/12. I’ve never had an issue with any food I’ve ever received from you but last week I ordered the dungeoness crab platter with shrimp and the taste was off. When I say the taste was off it wasn’t like any crabs I’ve ever had from you before. The crabs weren’t really seasoned and it still tasted like water. Also I asked for a side of butter and wanted to purchase an additional side but was told that your store was low on butter so I couldn’t purchase anymore. Again I’ve never had any issues with my previous experience with you but with this one I was disappointed.

Best crabs in the city! You won’t find crabs that are CLEAN, fresh, and well seasoned anywhere like Berks Street. The owner is very sweet to her customers! Go get you some crabs!

Let me start off by saying the crabs were good. Some were on the light side. None were heavy or that nice meaty feeling.
The Shrimps and Mussels were so Hard & DRY. It had a drizzle of "butter" at the bottom of my sautéed shrimps and sautéed Mussels. The seafood salad was on the watery side.
Over the phone, the customer service is rough. In person, the customer service was better than over the phone.
I patronized this restaurant years ago and never went back until now. I now remember why I didn't go back.
If you want crabs only, I would go because the crabs were good. If you're looking for a small seafood smorgasbord, it's a no for me. I love seafood. I like good food. I'm going to tell you when it's good and when it's not.
If you never had it, try it out for yourself. You may luck up, and every darn thing may be tasty. The money, the wait, and the commute was not worth it. In my most honest opinion.

I had heard about how great this place was for a long time. I normally make my own but decided to try. I ordered and paid online and took the 30 minute drive but my order wasn’t received; somehow it was still sitting on the machine. I waited 45 minutes more and received the wrong platter. I returned it. Stuff happens so hopefully the food is worth the wait, the drive etc, I’m thinking. But nope, my crabs were over cooked, very, very dry. Corn undercooked. Very, very hard. Potatoes and broccoli just okay. Butter seasoning couldn’t taste the seasoning; Watery from the crabs not being drained. I don’t know. I really wanted it to live up to the hype. But nope. Maybe the blue crabs or sautéed ones are better.

Yesterday My Daughter Went To Get Crabs And There Was A Mix Up In The Order, So I Returned Today And They Corrected It With No Problem. Ms.Kita And Tiff Your Customer Service Is Superb❤️‼️ Not To Mention The Crabs Are One Of A Kind And Can Never Be Duplicated. Thanks Again Ladies❤️‼️❤️‼️

I went a few weeks back and absolutely loved the x-large crabs! The lady who helped me was nice. The crabs were fresh, meaty, flavorful and juicy! I ordered online but had to wait for a very long time . But they were definitely worth the wait!
This time most recent visit. I ordered online again. I only had to wait a few minutes. My order was being packed when I arrived. Both ladies were professional & nice. I purchased the x-large crabs, shrimp & salad. The majority of the crabs were light and not all large but the shrimp and crabs were tasty. But the seafood salad was bland. I will go back and hopefully experience what I did the first time.

I love Sautéed Blue Crabs ? lol...I got the 5 for 30 with a side of Broccoli ?. When I tell you the Crabs ? were meaty, full...not hollow or, mushy. By the 4th Crab I was full lol...This is a BLACK OWNED establishment, They have a full Seafood Menu an although with Crabs it's a hit or miss...they'll accommodate you if you have any issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, ALWAYS PURCHASE CRABS ? THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
