Went here for a friends birthday. Initially when you walk in it’s a cute place and had good music. The trouble came when we ordered drinks. There was 6 of us and I ordered two rounds of drinks. First, the bartender was very inattentive and seemed like she didn’t like her job. Just very slow and it wasn’t a busy night from what I could see so I was very confused by the service. On the second round, one of the glasses had a lipstick stain! I asked to talk to the manager because I was just very annoyed by how long it took me to get the bartenders attention AGAIN. When the manager came I showed him the glass and he just stared at me. DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE AT ALL. So I asked for my money back. Then the manager brings over a round of shots and says “Here for the complaint one come check these out”Needless to say, we left and won’t be back.

Came here for dinner over President day weekend! Space is modern and very warm. Service was very warm and friendly. Crispy chicken salad bowl and shaken beef bowls were HUGE! Both bowls were fresh and tasty. Please order a side of sweet potatoes waffle fries!!! Best sweet potatoes fries I've had. Nice selection of beers. Beautiful outdoor space. Will definitely come back to visit.

Great menu. I had an amazing apple salad w vinaigrette dressing, amazing brussel sprouts, roasted chicken, and mashed potatoes. And creme brulee for dessert. Great beer selection. Dinner for 3 with one drink each was $100. Definitely worth the price!

I came to Bernie's for a friends graduation brunch. I was excited to find out it was a breakfast Buffett, but unfortunately I was very underwhelmed. Food: there was a hair in the sautéed veggies; which I didn't see until my last bite, and was very off putting. Although the food was being replenished often, the chafing trays were often left open so the food was cold. There were French toast, and omelettes made to order stations, but they moved very slow. Service: there seemed to be only one waiter for the side we were on, and although I did not partake in the bottomless mimosas; the waiter took forever to fill everyone else's at our table. It was to the point that they had to chug their glasses of mimosas so he could refill it because they didn't know when he would be back. To make matters worse, when the check came, I was charged separately for two glasses of orange juice. When I asked the waiter why I was charged despite not drinking the mimosas (aka just orange juice, no champagne), I was told anything ordered outside of the set price was charged. He wouldn't even listen to the rationale that since the set price included the mimosas and I simply just had orange juice instead and was still charged the same price, why would I be charged an extra fee per glass. I asked to speak to a manager, who apologized, took the extra charges off, and explained the waiter was new. Overall I wouldn't return because the food was cold, the service on the drinks was slow, and the wait staff was not knowledgeable.

help was very nice and the food and drinks were delicious. Nice place to go after a very trying day of driving.

Bernie's seems like it should be cool but I've stopped in twice now for drinks, and they have been out of multiple items each time. The first time was for happy hour, and they were out of multiple beers, a wine my wife ordered, and apparently all of the cocktails featured for happy hour. The service was also not great on this visit. We were more or less ignored, and the bartender seemed annoyed that we were asking about the happy hour cocktail deals.

Mimosas made the food better. And music needs to be louder. Servers and mimosas made the brunch

Went for drink with some family after work. One of the most disappointing and painful experiences in recent memory. We told the staff we were there just for drinks and were seated. We were given food menus and a list of beers. We asked for the cocktails/drinks menu, "we don't have one." We asked for the wine list, "we don't have one, but I'll get someone who knows what we have." Then another person comes over with a clipboard, "so do you know what brand you were looking for?" There are 1,000s of wines in the world. I can't know what I want If I don't know what wines you have, that's the whole point of having a wine list for your customers. Then someone asked if they had chilled vodka. Response, "well I can pour a glass and put it in the fridge for a few minutes." So, no. Eventually our beers, glass of wine, and vodka were placed on the bar, but then we had to get up to bring them to our table. The accompanying water was warm. So in summary we have a bar with no drinks list, no wine list, a lack of knowledge regarding chilled drinks, and warm water.

Bernies was super cute inside! I wish we had better service because it would have been a great place to go. We were a group of 9 and sat at the bar. Our bartender, John, really had no interest in us. I asked for a menu, he told me they didn't have one. I asked for a beer he told me they didn't have the can I wanted but 5 minutes later pulled it out for someone else. It took 20 minutes to get him to look my way for a water and my check. The worst part was it wasn't busy, so I don't understand why he was so uninterested in our group. It's a shame we would have ordered more and spend more money but we felt very unwanted.

We got there a big crowd had just arrived. Having said that we had to flag our waiter down constantly to take drink orders, app orders and main course. The apps came in a normal time and were good. The main course (3 cheeseburgers and 3 cheesesteaks) took about an hour and with us flagging down the waiter 3-4x. 1/2 of the order came out 15 minutes after 1st 1/2.

We went for Sunday brunch. It wasn't crowded cause the food didn't taste good. It was bland and quite a confusing menu with fried fish, omlet bar and pancake bar. The drinks were good. Price was good for amount of food and drink included.

Worst service I have witnessed in a long time.Badly understaffed. After waiting 30 minutes to see a server, they "lost" our order. Ultimately we left without eating as they were actaully arrogant about the situation No apology and no offer for discount for future visit. Do not go!
