Prices posted on the sign and not what is charged. Guy who answered Seems very annoyed and angry! They charged supplemental fees. Not worth it

Employees need gloves on and wash there hands regularly after touching something while cooking he touched money then touch the food

If I could give zero stars I would.

I have now ordered from here 3 times since I moved back and wow has this place changed. Complete downfall. I come at the scheduled pick up time and each time am told to come back in 10 and it will be ready. Sure no problem. Each time came back in 10-15 and had to still wait 45 minutes each time. First order 2 large cheese pizzas, second order two HOAGIES(this took over an hour and they messed up one hoagie had to come back and still had to wait over 45 minutes) last time, today, over an hour & 15 for a pizza and cheesesteak. When we asked for a refund because we weren’t waiting any longer because people who came in and ordered in front of us got their food faster than us. We were told to call the company. We ordered off bills website and it says if issues contact store. He then wouldn’t give us a full refund.

I’m very disappointed with how this place turned out because 3-4 years ago it was amazing.

New to the area and ordered a Margareta Pizza and mega fries for delivery I live 2 min drive from the place and it didnt get delivered until 20 mins after they closed so yea IT WAS COLD .....Never again Bill !!!

This place is horrible it took 2 cheesesteaks 1 small pizza n fries latterly almost 1hr 45 min during a lunch time order nobody wants to wait that long for food get it together man use are screwimg up bad

This is my new favorite place to order. The woman at the front is so nice. The wings are amazing and I love the large pizza slices with that 5 dollar special. I came two days in a row with my boys for lunch last week.People are polite and the food is delicious and it's not breaking the bank. Go here if you want good food.

I got a chicken grilled salad which it was burnt and when I took it back.The brand new owner complained about it which he was the one who made the food the salad was completely sloppy and unfinished.Then I ordered a steak from there and the meat was extremely salty which made me sick i wish the old owners would have kept the store.
So be careful.It's under new management which is not good

Dirty, greasy nasty

Ordered steak,fries,and soda. Never received the soda and they said they would drop it off and never did
