I had a cappuccino and a delicious croissant. Very nice place, and the service was really friendly.
This would be a solid spot if it opened on time. I walk by anywhere between 730-8 with a posted open time of 7 and the door is locked 80% of the time. Otherwise coffee is good and owner is very nice
This is a cute little coffee place I discovered on my first day in Philadelphia! The barista was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Even at 10am on a Saturday it was only mildly busy but the service was quick. The highlight is the coffee, I ordered a basic Americano over ice, but the small food menu looked like it would be so-so. The yogurt parfait I ordered was fine but nothing to write home about. I still enjoyed my visit, especially because of the barista! I'll be back!
I ordered a plain iced latte and a smoked salmon sandwich.
I got a vanilla iced latte (incredibly sweet) and a bagel with cucumber and some unidentifiable white stuff, not sure if it’s cheese, it was cubed and spongy so I didn’t try it (it’s in the picture). No salmon on the salmon sandwich. I threw it all out and got a different breakfast.
Only 2 others came in for coffee while I was waiting so it wasn’t like they were rushed. Not sure what happened here.
The employee was friendly at least.
This is a cute little cafe the coffee is good the bagel itself was good however we were give the smallest slices of smoked salmon that barley fit in the palm of our hands. For $9 I would hope for a little more. Over all its was fine I just dont think I'll go back.
I loved the blue espresso machine! It really pops against the brick interior. The cold brew I got was light and refreshing. The man working the counter was also kind! Great spot to hang out and enjoy good coffee!
Excellent coffee drinks. Pleasant staff. Quiet. Neighborly. If I lived here I would become a regular. I was just passing through Philly on business. Glad I happened across Bison. 🦬
Coffee was basic. Drinkable, but certainly not very good. Baked goods were pitiful.
Delicious espresso and friendly service. Had a latte and it was great! Simple, no frills interior.

Best lattes ever! Whenever I am in Philly I always make a stop at Bison. Their bagels are the BEST but always out of stock whenever I crave them. I always get an iced latte with oat milk (until they added almond milk as an option) with very light toffee nut syrup.

Today was my first time at Bison
I will definitely be going back
I had a delicious oat milk latte
The owner runs his own shop. He is friendly and helpful. It is a comfortable space to get work done and enjoy a coffee at the same time
