Zero communication skill. I wanted to order 3 pizzas for a crew. Why not just say we'll open late in X minutes?

A guy who works there pushed me violently until I was outside the restaurant. No reason for this. When I was outside, he came out of the restaurant and slapped my phone out of my hand. Broke my phone. A girl nearby saw the whole thing and called the police

I love me some Blaze pizza! Used to come to this location often as a student at Temple and I'm pleased to say they haven't fallen off. I ordered the simple pie, with salt and oregano, topped with a balsamic glaze and some arugula. Their blood orange lemonade was also a hit, semi-sweet and super refreshing. It was sooo good that I forgot to take a picture. The staff is usually kind, and the lines are sometimes hit or miss--Might catch them on a busy day or a slow one but the quality of the food is always the same. They also offer indoor and outdoor seating but be mindful that the parking situation is a bit crazy here because it is located on a college campus.

Service was horrible. Person cutting and gIving the pizzas was very rude and very unfriendly. After waiting for my pizza for almost 30 minutes, found out she gave my pizza to someone else. Worst part is , no apology or any remorse for her mistake made. When asked for the manager or his name, she REFUSED to give the name.

This is normally one of my favorite pizza places, but I had a really bad customer service experience today. The employee who took my order was great but the cashier was very unprofessional. I tried to pay too early and he reached out and touched my hand so I would move it away. I get that you can have off days at work (I’ve been there), so I initially ignored that he seemed annoyed and disinterested, but I can’t imagine ever physically touching a customer for any reason when I was a cashier. I would have been a bit more understanding if there was a long line forming behind me or something, but there were very few people in the store.

Great food but The other day when I came to the store the young lady with curly light brown hair was at the register on her phone and The general manger seemed to be having some type of day the way they started coming off to me and my friend. Not only that but I found it a bit strange that the manager and the young lady with the light brown curly hair started cursing and talking about their fellow employees loud enough that I heard. Like I said food is great but it just seems like they need new management

I love this place. I'd rather order here than any big chain pizza place. Gluten free pizzas are WAY more affordable than other places i love the cauliflower it's still gluten free but doesn't fall apart. The employees are so nice too Al and Milan were so kind today and welcoming. i appreciated them. Definitely will be back

I always get the vegan chorizo with vegan cheese and a mix of the veggies with the high tide crust, and it’s the best reliable option for a quick vegan pizza.Everyone here was nice and the service was quick. The space was very clean and I enjoyed the outdoor seating and sanitizing wipes for the tables.Also appreciated that they had seltzer on tap. The bathrooms are gendered and single stall.Vegetarian options: I live the vegan chorizo option, and they have plenty of vegetable toppings that make it worthwhile to eat here for a vegan or vegetarianParking: It’s pretty busy but we were able to find a spot quickly.
