I'm giving you a 20 star first time I've ever ordered oxtails always just order fried fish and chicken and shrimp and sometime grill shrimp first off let me say that the beautiful young lady that work the front is amazing always smiling very sweet second the food is always hot and fresh but baby the oxtails in gravy the cabbage potatoe salad and rice is top that food was so good I was sucking the bones this store is the truth and the food proves it if you want good soul...

Looking for good catfish in Philly. Blue Bay had a few positive reviews. Ordered Fried Catfish, short rib platter with cabbage and black eyed peas and turkey wing s with Lima beans and Mac and Cheese. 2 out of 10 on all 3.

Parking: It’s a strip mall with plenty of parking.

i got the fried chicken platter with collard greens and mac and i only paid 13 bucks y’all! back in jersey this whole plate would cost me around 17-25 bucks. very generous portions(which meant leftovers yay!) and very good food. i know i would’ve loved it a lot more if it was piping hot but i live 30 minutes away so this was lukewarm at best by the time i got home. however what took me by surprise was how CRISPY that chicken still was!!! the mac and cheese was perfectly seasoned...
