The atmosphere is nice but the service was excruciatingly slow. It took over a half hour from when we were sat to when we got our drinks and the food came out over the course of 45 minutes from 1.5 hours from being sat to 2.25 hours from being sat. Some of the meals were very good but everyone who ordered medium rare steaks got well done and half the appetizers never came. The server apologized for being slow because she was the only server there but the drinks and food were slow as well so all around they should have planned their staffing better for a 7pm reservation on a Saturday night. Place has potential if they could get their act together.

First restaurant that I went to and the Mac and cheese was good as ever!!! I believe it was a lobster Mac (can’t remember to well) if you go get that you won’t be mad. The cook is tall dark and handsome,he’s the one that made it,I skips have asked his name. We also had wings and broccolini,my fav! Place is very cute for pics. I don’t think the upstairs was open because it was the week day which was a bummer. Drinks were good also I was tipsy by the time we left lol.

On July 22, 2023, after eating, I paid for my meal using the QR code and app that is printed on the check I was given. I went to the restroom, and as I was leaving the restaurant, I hear, "SIR!!!" I turn around to see my server, Jared H. He asks me, "Could you just pay for your meal before you leave, please?", with a very smug, forced smile. The underlying premise of "you didn't pay, and we know it" was well understood, and frankly, quite unnecessary. Caught off guard, and trying to not believe this was some sort of racial profiling incident, I pulled out my phone and said "I did." His reply was a big "OHHHHHHH!!!!, you paid online!!!", as if it was some huge surprise. Then he said "High five!!!". In shock, I high-fived him back. I was disappointed by the whole incident, but there wasn't a need to cause a scene. Bottom line, I'd prefer if this didn't happen to anyone else. Please make sure that your various Point Of Sale systems and apps notify staff (particularly one's server) that the bill has indeed been paid. While I chose to stay civil in this particular case, understand that not everyone will react with the same calm.

While the decor of the place is very pretty and the staff is very nice, the food is just ok. The appetizers of chicken wings and steak spring rolls were good but the actual dinner no one enjoyed. The Marmont salad with shrimp had no flavor, the calamari was cold, the fries were bland, and the Margherita pizza wasn't good either. One of my friends did like the short ribs but overall just wasn't good. The Aperol Spritz was tasty though. Parking is right next door to the place but you have to go up past level D those first few levels are for monthly parking. You might find something starting on row N-P and if there a while it's about $30 to park. #food #dining #dinner

been here a few times for happy hour before shows at the academy/kimmel center. great spot to takes pics for your instagram. the food is mediocre. depending on your bartender, you get either an excellent cocktail w/ attentive service or an overpriced glass of ginger ale w/ a disappearing act (literally could not taste any alcohol AND had to play where's waldo on multiple occasions). this could be a really cool place, but sadly it's too hit or miss for me to come back. misconduct or rendezvous is consistent at least.

We happened to come here when our original plans changed and we were already too hungry to go elsewhere further away. But Blume was a decent alternative.It's a very aesthetically pleasing spot. Beautiful, colorful interior and nice, welcoming atmosphere. Service was quick. Friendly staff. Food was good. Menu could use more vegetarian options. But overall I would come back.

Our waitress took our orders in a timely matter though it took a while for the food to finally come out. The concensus of our group was that the food was just alright. I didn't care much for the patty part of the burger I got but the toppings were good. One person commented that the meat in the steak grilled cheese was not seasoned which took away from the experience. The hummus platter was pretty good.Where our experience took a turn for the worst was toward the end of our visit. Once our food came out, we barely saw our waitress anymore. When our plates were finally cleared from the table and we specified that we were done, it took about 15 minutes to finally be able to flag someone down for the check. It took another 10 minutes for someone take the payment. The restaurant was not busy so we were a bit confused about the inattentiveness. May give it another try if I'm in the area and indecisive about what to eat but the slow service took a lot away from the experience.

I would like to thank David and his staff for taking such good care of us last Friday. We had a party of 20 people, 12 adults and 8 teenagers. Everyone was able to find something that appealed to them from their expansive menu options. The food was hot and tasty. Nice looking restaurant. Staff was friendly. The food time wasnt good; we ordered our appetizers 15-20 minutes before entrees. Somehow we got our entree burgers before our appetizer tater tots. Ultimately the food was okay but forgettable. The drinks were below average. All in all, I can’t say the price we paid was worth it. With all the great restaurants in Philly it’s safe to say we won’t be returning.

By the time our burgers came out we still had not gotten our drinks (we asked 3 workers) We were also finished our burgers by the time our fries came out. If you are looking for faster service stick to the bar and don't bother making a reservation.

Blume is so flashy and beautiful place to hang out for drinks and food.Amazing interiors with colorful and catchy decor. All the plant creepers amazed me, loved the time spent. Truffle tots were so tasty and the mainstay bock was so tasty too, buffalo sauce pizza was Okay ish, I didn’t like the fried chicken burger. All over experience was so good except the service, the server didn’t know what’s happening around and the manager was so arrogant. Service would have been better. We would love to there again. Nice spot to hangout.

My friends and I, like a couple of previous reviewers, had an unfortunate encounter with a mouse skittering under our table.Half of the menu was unavailable, including all of the pizzas and the impossible burger (they had an alternate veggie patty instead). I got the tater tots, which were acceptable, and the veggie burger, which was poor.Our server was kind enough, but forgot to give us place settings until after our food arrived. Gratuity is automatically added to your bill. We paid way too much for the poor quality experience we got.

Waitress was rude and dismissive the entire time, she greeted us with “let me see your IDs”. Oh. Ok. All downhill from there. Just get takeout if you’re wanting to try.
