I was next in line to pick up my online order (itâs only one line for everything) the younger black male said âI got you let me take care of her firstâ (referring to the woman behind me) because that was his family member. This is a place of business, especially on a hot day I think it would be best if yall stuck to the BUSINESS MINDSET, not street mindset

They would be 5 stars, if my crabs were spicy when I ask lol. To anyone who eats them when I do they think theyâre spicy. But theyâre not spicy enough for me. I love that they do all the hard work (take the shell off) would definitely recommend. I need to try their slushy too!

PISSED! Do not patronize! Even after ignoring the attack of hundreds of flies, the nasty environment and dirt/grime everywhere. I ordered 8 of the 3.00 male crabs! I get home an hour later in NJ and open the bag that had 6 crabs and male/female were mixed! When you collect your food they take your ticket (I paid cash)! I wish I had used my credit card to dispute the charges! They literally take advantage of the very community they serve! CHECK YOUR BAGS and count your crabs before leaving! I am FURIOUS!

Crabs are good, but No productivity, to slow, not organize, not good with customer service, can never call and this is at both locations. They need to train and treat the workers better .maybe we will get better service although the customer should not suffer, it said when business don't care about the customer and we as customer still support. I go catch my own crabs

Website lets u order online but not pay online called 4 times to rectify the payment since I needed to use electronic payment I didnât have cash no answer I have never called and received an answer same thing happened back in feb when I wanted to place an order for my seafood party

First timer! Iâm going to give the African American gentleman who was working the front window grace, maybe it was hot & he was having a bad day! Because we had questions & were met with attitude and had to continue to ask him to speak up because we couldnât hear him.
However, The Two caucasian gentlemen in the back were very nice! And very accommodating to answering questions! I later found out one was thee Bob himself.
They have an open kitchen area off to the side, so you can see the crabs being made. I prefer body crabs & the ones I got were meaty inside & heavily seasoned.

Service was good, ordered and received food within 20mins, no long line. We ordered- fried oysters, crawfish, snow crab legs and sautĂ©ed blue crabs. The fried oysters were delicious, crawfish and snow crab legs were good. Now the sautĂ©ed crabs werenât what I expected, they were still dirty inside. Almost as if they werenât cleaned. How do you sautĂ©, butter and season dirty crabs?

My cousins said they enjoyed their sautéed crabs, mussels & crab cake.
- kitchen closes at 7:30pm, no sautéed after then
- you have to pay for a side of butter, different sizes offered
- phone # does not work BUT the website is fairly accurate & if they donât have something they will call you.
