Not sure whats going on over there. Recently made 2 Uber eats orders. First order Bonchon switched drivers order. The second delivery the chicken was horrible. I have been eating from Bonchon over 5 years they have really fallen off.

If you're ordering take out from here, I recommend you don't do it! You will be there for awhile! Waited over 30 mins for wings!
The drinks are watered down and the food tastes mediocre. We were told that they don’t do shots of soju and we had to buy the whole bottle. I thought the cap was weird when I opened it, but it was even weirder that I was not buzzed after finishing the bottle with 2 other people. I do not have a high tolerance and I barely ate that day so there is no way I should have been that sober. This establishment is shady and being poorly run.

Bartender drinks are trash!!!! Water down Long Island . Never again.
Drink r water
I’ve been eating here for years, and I must say this is my LAST TIME. Not only was the chicken not all the way fried through, but every bite contained a mouth full of oil.
My son and his girlfriend weren't denied entry/service today, during the Eagles game. Others went in AFTER them, with no problem. Only difference, they were wearing Eagles gear. NOT COOL.

Disappointed with @bonchonchicken chinatown
The chicken taste bland and not crispy at all
like they used to.
like they don't marinate it
And the pickles taste like water no vinegar or
salt and sugar😒
Sometimes new employee need more to be trained properly.
My 15 years old son cook is much better!

Worst Korean chicken experience ever! The servers were nice, but the Korean chicken tastes amazingly salty and feels unhealthy to eat. It doesn't feel like it's Korean chicken and it is expensive. I'll never gonna go to that store ever again.

Took out small mix set, it should have 6w+3d.
But when I go home and opened meal box, I only got 3w+3d.

Took 40 minutes to get chicken after the rest of our food already came out. Chicken sauce was wrong and they just gave the sauce on the side. Cold takoyaki and they charged again when it was sent out. Waiter never apologized for anything that went wrong, just said “i didnt know”. Also had automatric gratuity
for horrible service
This place has no right being this mediocre with all of the good Korean food around the corner. I gave them 2 stars just because the service is pretty decent, but every time I come here I regret it. The "boneless wings" are basically toddler sized frozen chicken nuggets with some sauce half-heartedly squirted on them. They taste terrible to boot. Overpriced garbage. The fried rice has cucumbers in it (???). The takoyaki was still partly raw inside. ALSO the 2nd floor is a death trap and I can't believe someone hasn't slipped and fallen yet. Every single time I've come here (months apart) the ENTIRE floor on the upper level is greased up to the point where it feels deliberate. My entire group was commenting on it. Go anywhere else.

Put in an order to go through their website at 11:30pm that was supposed to be ready at 11:48pm. Show up at 11:45pm. Told they're backed up but will be ready in 15 min. Went up at 12:12am, and the impression I got was that order was completely forgotten about. Checked in at 12:30pm, and apparently it's our corn dogs that added an extra 40 minutes to our order. Food was ready at 12:35am.
I get it. It's a Friday night and things happen. But it's incredibly frustrating to sit there waiting and watch multiple people order to go and get their food in 10 minutes while we waited. It'd be nice to have an apology or some sort of gesture of "sorry we messed up, but we are fixing it." Not just to be ignored while it takes over an hour to get food made when you ordered ahead through their own website.
I know it's not the hostess's fault. I get they were busy. But don't pretend corn dogs take an hour to make either.
