Unprofessional and passive aggressive staff who don't know how to deal with customers. They treat you like you're eating their food for free.

I ordered yangnyeom boneless chicken and it arrived with more than half pieces being hard to chew and not enough sauce. I initially asked for more sauce and then asked for it to be remade completely.
The waitress was extremely passive aggressive and just snatched our plate both times. Not saying sorry even.

The plate comes back and I notice they used the same chipped plate and moreover, I notice that they brought the same pieces I had prior. Cause I noticed the same piece that I half eaten before.

Not coming back here ever again, waitresses are not professional and rude.

Bad attitude to food deliverers. November 15 7:30pm to 8pm, 2 girls worked who were very rude to me. Please keep in mind that this is not the first time. 2 times they gave me bad ratings for my account.

My tween wanted Bonchon for her birthday. We decided to eat in. We arrived at 5:15. Parking was easy to find. There is a parking meter across from the restaurant. We were seated quickly and the waitress brought took our order within 5 minutes of our seating. She was pretty good. Unfortunately, at 6:00, she cane to us and let us know that it would be an additional 15 minute wait for the wings, unless we wanted to order something else. The wings did arrive 15 minutes later, but a full hour after our arrival.

And I was there and ordered a dish, and I waited almost 40 minutes, but my order was still not ready. And they officially speak rudely to a person with a customer. Well, in general, they are very bad.

I should’ve listened to the reviews. The chicken was not fresh and had black pieces inside, dried out with barely no sauce. It’s no way they are cooking it fresh … $22 dollars to waste smh

I had an amazing dining experience thanks to our server Lindsay, . They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they made us feel truly welcomed. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and I'll definitely be returning because of it!

Food took forever to get out and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. took 40 minutes to come out. for 35 bucks for dumsticks i expected a lot more.

The service here is HORRIBLE. I was overcharged and didn’t receive all of my food. The food I did receive which was the UNDERCOOKED chicken. The servers here have very BAD attitudes, horrible customer service , no communication skills what so ever , NO THANK YOU WILL NOT BE COMING BACK !!
