WORST service I may have ever had. The strange thing is the quality and taste of the food was the complete opposite, it was delicious. Would had been nice had any of the food come out together or at all! There were 8 of us but it was almost 9pm and the place was barely a fraction of filled.

None of the food came out together and some of it never came out. We were there for over an hour. We had to ask numerous times for things we ordered that never came and she couldn’t keep track of anything. Multiple guests orders were wrong when they finally came out, including mine. Even our bills were messed up and nothing was rectified. We just paid and left once we were finally able to get our checks. Yikes.

The ceiling next to the bar is leaking and the women’s bathroom was very unclean. The soap dispenser was empty and there was a broken soap pump on the sink. The paper towels were also empty. I get it’s the end of the day but YUCK! People eat here. We need to wash hands. What about your staff??!!

As a retired kitchen manager and chef this place gave me anxiety. It definitely needs some work.

I went there for the first time and ordered chicken wings. I can’t lie they are good but unfortunately my husband ordered a katsu chicken and after waiting 30 minutes it never arrived. We asked for our a bill and they did indeed charge us for it but never gave it to us. Not only that but did not offer us compensation either for wasting our time. This place is ran by a bunch of childish teenagers who don’t care for the service of the customer. Not a single adult in sight. They were screaming, running around and on there phone the entire time of us being there. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Also the food is very overpriced. Don’t recommend coming here

The food is delicious but by the amount of time it takes to GET the food you'd think they laid, hatched, raised, and educated that chicken before killing and cooking it. It is good though.

EDITED AFTER TASTING. Food is super bland can't tell the difference between soy garlic and Korean BBQ. The skin is not crispy like I would usually expect from Bon Chon I'm actually super disappointed especially for how LONG it took to make.

Just got an order of strips tonight and this was easily the worst Korean fried chicken I've ever eaten. The batter wasn't crispy, the tenders were burned at places, the sauce wasn't even fully coating the tenders and the flavor was lacking. This location is going down hill which is a shame because I used to enjoy Bonchon.

We had their soy garlic and their new flavor wings and it was delicious for lunch. The beer was cold. We had to Paris Baguette afterwards too which was nice since it’s around the corner.

I used to LOVE this place, unfortunately I’m very disappointed the last two times I’ve had the wings from here the texture was incredibly off. The outside was crispy for the most part but inside, there was so much skin and fat that my teeth couldn’t even bite into it I had to peel off excess skin and fat just to get to the actual chicken. I’m not sure what has changed the last two years but the quality is going down. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll be eating from here anymore. It’s not worth the price

Very expensive for flavorless food. It reminds me of the food I steam for my 9 month old tasteless. Plus on top of that we did a mobile order on the way it said 15 min. We go in and they tell us 30 min you get a message when to come back , like when does rudeness stop when you just spent 130 dollars on 4 things. And the wings were ass. Seriously you want good wings for cheaper KING OF PIZZA , Berlin township best in the world right there and reasonable price to.

Best Korean fried chicken I ever had! It was the perfect combination of crunch and flavor. I wanted to bring some home for my family but I didn't make it. You can't just eat one!

Sadly, I ordered a combo of 12 wings & 6 drums & fries for pickup. When I got home, I found only 7 wings in box. Two weeks prior, I ordered the same order & I got only 8 wings instead of 12. Overall the food was good, just missing wings in the order.
