They sell delicious food and tasty cakes! They are clean and x friendly, but getting in contact for pickup or orders really sucks. The don't have answering service.

We traveled across the state (pa) to stop at Oteri's and purchase a few pineapple cheesecakes. We have done this almost every year since before the pandemic. This year the cakes were nothing like we had enjoyed previously. They used to be baked in a pan with a thin crust underneath and around the cakes. this year there was no crust anywhere. Just a slab of cheese with pineapple smeared across the top. We tried to contact Oteri's vis email and voicemail but never received a response. We will not be going back but will find another Phila. bakery that cares about their customers and any issues that arise.

Awful customer and I refuse to ever use them again. I ordered a POUND CAKE for Mother's Day to get it fresh. The menu stated clearly POUND CAKE. These idiots sent me an entire birthday cake. I nicely called to swap it out and the woman who answered the phone sealed their fate. Rude. Rude. Rude. Argued it IS a POUND cake. She refused to hear me out. Uploaded this picture to Door Dash who immediately agreed this was NOT a POUND CAKE. Thanks to Door Dash I was refunded. But don't ever order from here because their service is terrible

I usually love this place. They usually go above and beyond for your cake needs. This is the second time within a week that they messed up my order. In the beginning of the week with my cupcakes & now with my sons birthday cake. It’s cracked before I have a chance to even get it to the party!! I won’t be coming back again. I can’t deal with another disappointment

I saw 2 cakes and combined the designs and changed the color it came out perfect and tastes really good too... Everyone loved how it came out... Thank you for executing my vision for my daughters Sweet 16 cake

Wanted to thank Kellie at Oteri's Bakery for the wonderful job she did on our daughters wedding cake. The cake was beautiful , my daughter loved it and all the guests for our small wedding party all complimented how nice it was. Tasted great too ! Thanks again Oteri's

I always look forward to stopping at Oteri's when I'm in Mayfair. I love the pastry selection, and the employees and manager are very friendly. You can tell this business cares about the community.

I ordered a full sheet birthday Cake for my CoPastor on friday and picked it up on sunday morning. They are friendly and fast. It was my first time going there and It wont be my last! There cake is delicious and it looked amazing

Needed a Bday present for our son in Parkwood...called from SC and spoke with Marie. Amazing customer service, amazing food, and amazing person!!! 10 stars out of 5 for the people and product!!!

Great service thru Uber Eats. Hoagies are fresh, and when I picked up my food, the store was CLEAN and Very Nice looking. Service was also great. I bought cookies there, but I will have to try again. They all had a taste that I didn't recognize, except for the Choc Chip and Reese Cup. The cake slice was amazing! Will try more of their treats. Happy to have them within walking distance!

This bakery has been in this community for many many years. The desserts are out of this world and the service is always just as sweet as the desserts. In the area stop by and treat yourself to the strawberry short cake or the pound cake and everything else the sell.

I stopped at Oteri's Bakery the day before Valentine's Day to purchase 4 boxes of Chocolate covered strawberries (approximately 1 lb boxes @ $8.50 each) and other chocolate covered goodies such as rice crispie bars(2), pretzel rods(4), brownie pops(2), marshmallow pops(2),pretzels (10) and 2 Sesame Street character cupcakes. The TOTAL bill was $52.50 for all of these delicious treats.You will not find more courteous, friendly, and helpful sales people than here at OTERI's. Go in the morning to escape any crowds.
