As I was eating my strawberry shortcake, I tasted a hard cake, and It only had one strawberry slice in the cake. This is not cool at all.

We got a strawberry shortcake and when we took a look at it half the strawberries had mold so we came back and when they gave us the replacement they had to pick of another strawberry with mold on it. It was a decent sized cake but way too much icing for my liking and the cake itself was VERY dry I've had store bought cake that was better.

Apple caramel cookie was a delight, as well as the Boston crème doughnut. Super cool spot, friendly staff was patient with me as I changed my mind like 4 times lol. And VERY CHEAP!!! When she told me my total was $2.50 for a cookie and doughnut I did a triple take and told her to throw in 2 more cookies (pretty big)Solid

I have been going here for years but they lost their touch. Already for the last 2 birthday and a graduation cakes I ordered, they gave me the cakes messed up and at that point picking up the cake last minute for an occasion, what can you do. I stopped going after last summer 2022 when I stopped by for treats and there were so many Flys flying inside of the display on the cakes and they said they couldn't do anything about the Flys. That was disgusting.

We traveled across the state (pa) to stop at Oteri's and purchase a few pineapple cheesecakes. We have done this almost every year since before the pandemic. This year the cakes were nothing like we had enjoyed previously. They used to be baked in a pan with a thin crust underneath and around the cakes. this year there was no crust anywhere. Just a slab of cheese with pineapple smeared across the top. We tried to contact Oteri's vis email and voicemail but never received a response. We will not be going back but will find another Phila. bakery that cares about their customers and any issues that arise.

This bakery is great for last minute birthday cakes, and they made my baby shower cake a few years ago, which I was happy with. What I don't like was the customer service. Yes, they are accommodating for last minute orders but the girls behind the counter are always on their phones and not attentive. The one time I was in there a tiny little older light brownskin lady who worked there was physically fighting with a customer. I didn't want to completely write them off because it could have been a freak one-time thing, so I visited another location a few weeks ago and was shocked. The Frankford Avenue location was classist and racist and the manager mad awful remarks about people. I will never shop there again.

Awful customer and I refuse to ever use them again. I ordered a POUND CAKE for Mother's Day to get it fresh. The menu stated clearly POUND CAKE. These idiots sent me an entire birthday cake. I nicely called to swap it out and the woman who answered the phone sealed their fate. Rude. Rude. Rude. Argued it IS a POUND cake. She refused to hear me out. Uploaded this picture to Door Dash who immediately agreed this was NOT a POUND CAKE. Thanks to Door Dash I was refunded. But don't ever order from here because their service is terrible
