Ordered food yesterday, and was really excited to eat the pernil, unfortunately, it was extremely salty. I also had the macaroni salad and that one needed more seasoning, it was not good in my opinion. I did like the yellow rice though which is why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 2.

Steak was salty, not enough seasoning on macaroni salad, the rice was the best part. Everything else either too salty or bland.

Great food was over shadowed by an even greater person (owner). Wishing Hector the best for his future. Traveled to Philly for a weekend and got to try authentic Puerto Rican food in a beautiful restaurant. Pernil was delicious and so was the arroz con gandules. Everything was clean and enjoyed conversing with the owner.

Me and my wife receive the platter from someone and her job from this restaurant, the food was so good the rice and the potato salad and the pulled pork, had to go there get my own platter. Everything tastes great lots of flavor great customer service.

Boricua Restaurant 2 has the best Puertorican food! The service is wonderful.
The restaurant is decorated so nice.
Lots of awesome merchandise to purchase.
We even bought a really cool hat! We will be returning to Boricua Restaurant 2.

I went with my family after spending a day in Philadelphia, and we were told that they don't accept walk ins. ONLY RESERVATIONS! This should be advertised here so people don't waste their time. So please, if you want to eat puerto rican food at a real restaurant, go somewhere else.
