I ordered chicken parm which was actually very good I have plain corn it was okay I had cornbread a little on the dry side but okay and I ordered mac and cheese which was not good. It was very cold and tasted like plain noodles. The cashier warm my food up in the microwave and pick my food up with no gloves and returned it to me piping hot. As trying to eat this he is in the back hollering at the man the older gentleman cooking the food and hollering so loud and I was uncomfortable. Loud and clear he screamed at him to shut up. I am beside myself at the way the atmosphere was in this place I paid $17.56 for my meal. I made it look as though I was eating my meal up by the window a proceeded to throw it in the trash can. I have not been there in over a year and from then to now I do not think I will ever return back to that Boston market. Today's economy almost $18 is hard to part with for a good lunch but when you sit down and eat a meal or try to eat a meal and it is so bad that you literally wasted your $18 that hurts.

First of all, there was no Boston Market paraphernalia indicating my purchase from this facility. No Boston Market plastic bag. No Boston Market food dish containers. No Boston Market utensils. Which should've looked like the heavy duty black plastic fork, spoon, and knife. Also, I order a sprite, and cornbread with my meal I received a coca cola instead; and interestingly enough, no cornbread. My sweet potato serving was very wet and loose like soup. If I didn't know any better, I would say that this facility was an imposter. I wouldn't know, because I ordered it through Door Dash. What a terrible experience.

I am absolutely appalled by the food and customer service at the 3rd and Snyder avenue Boston market. They are disgusting and a whole scam! I’m sorry but this place had the best food back in the day and now it’s inedible. I got home with my food and when I tell you everything was gross. I drove all the way back to the store with all my food and they tell me that they CANT give me money back or a credit on a card or anything. I just spent 62$ and all I got was my food in the trash and a piece of paper with two phone numbers on it. No gift card with my credit; telling me that they don’t do that anymore or give money back because everyone has been sending food back. Well maybe because there is an issue with the food. Then they said there is no corporate when I know there is. To think that a manager like Jemel is in charge to provide customers with good service is absolutely ridiculous I texted Jason and still haven’t received a response. This PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! The laws they have created about refund and returns should be illegal. I am absolutely baffled. Like I brought everything back and ur telling me u can’t give me my money back or a physical credit on a gift card??? No Boston market is going to believe anyone with this piece of paper. I want a refund or a credit to go somewhere else because this is an absolute disgrace! I hope when I call Boston market someone can do something. I want to speak to someone from corporate.

It’s unfortunate that I walked out before ordering because I had two staff members stare at me for 10 minutes without asking me if I was ready or wanted anything.

This has to be one of the worst experience I ever had in food service. So after we finished running our errands with my mother who is a elderly woman. She wanted to get something to eat and she loves boston market. So we went to the one On 31 Snyder Avenue. This was the worst food experience.I ever had dealing with the management. The customer service and food. I place my order first for two half chicken meals. So I want to look at the side items. I asked about the sweet potatoes. He said to me.Don't let the commercial fool you.The sweet potatoes supposed to look runny like that. I say what? Like soup. The broccoli was turning brown As well as the corn The macaroni and cheese looked like somebody added water into it. So when I asked was there gonna be Any fresh side Items coming out. His reply was no What you see what you get. From working in a food industry I can tell that this food was on the day before. I also Said to my mother That we should go somewhere else and eat. This guy was picking up the corn bread with his hand. So my mother ordered the meal for three people. The queen spanish looked so old and looked like Wet grass That's somebody Lawnmower went over it. She is this guy for utensils and extra plates to eat the food His reply was.I cannot give out extra plates Or utensils. So she said you're telling me five People is supposed to eat with one Fork and one plate. Next , he said you can get out my Restaurant in leave I don't need your service.

Chicken was dry and they forgot barbq. No salad dressing. Sweet potatoes was a puree ( baby food). Sent chocolate cake instead of apple pie. Order milk and got a yahoo. This is a chocolate drink not milk.

As someone stated in another review; I share a similar experience with them. I placed an online order at this location at 7:42pm on 7/15. Upon arriving to said location, the lights were off and door was locked. There were other customers coming and going, trying to get in as well. Trying to reach anyone by phone has been a waste of time considering every store I have called has a busy signal. Trying to submit a ticket online and it won’t even go through, the screen just has a loading symbol on the submit button. I’m really not understanding how a closed store was still taking online, let alone it processing and taking my money as well. Demanding a refund. This is terrible business practice.

I’ve ordered delivery from this store twice, and after waiting 30 minutes the order has been cancelled. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered from this location last night and lets say I didn't get my order. I order for delivery through there app at 7:45pm more than enough time to receive my order before they close at 10pm. My door dash driver arrived and the place was closed not a person in sight. He sen me a picture and clearly no one and light's off.
the order was 40 bucks for this to happen and no way for me to contact. I tried calling today twice and no answer.

Trying to get a refund seems impossible, I tried sending a complaint it and it wont go through. This just wasnt right..

I haven’t visited a Boston Market in more than a decade. I used to love it and wanted my teenage son to try it. The service was fantastic, but the food was awful. First, The Good: I purchased a whole chicken. It was okay if a bit greasy. The cornbread tasted fine but was stale. There is no bad, just The Ugly: the creamed spinach was a sodium-filled, teeth flossing mushy mess. I am unsure if there was actual dairy in it. The corn was rubbery, and the sweet potatoes were grainy, gooey and way too sweet.
What a disappointing experience for our taste buds.

Chicken was terribly dry and skin was bitter. Sides were cold. No cornbread was offered. I was told the soda fountain has been broken for a long time. Not sure I’ll return to a Boston Market again after this visit. The company should enforce standards at franchises.
