This is the WORST boston market I have ever seen. I showed up last night for a half chicken and as usual they were out. On top of that, there was a total of maybe 3 or 4 sides to pick from.I returned today at 5:30 to find the place deserted...door locked, no note or sign. They were clearly open at some point because I could see the sides all sitting in the table.This place needs new management big time.

Snyder location: When did they change their package. I received a flimsy container. It made a mess of my food. The cornbread was thrown in a large plastic bag. I received it via Doordash which was extra scary due to germs etc. Plus my bag was open and not closed. I will never order from them again at that location.

One staff was incredibly rude (on phone while customers waited in line). Had almost no food. Multiple people walked out due to lack of food/service. Fountain soda machine busted, still charged extra for a bottled soda that was included in meal.Rotisserie chicken nuggets extremely dry, tasted more like jerky than chicken. Wings took almost a half hour despite being told it would only be 15 mins. Would rate a zero if I could.

Staff was Fast, respectful, and attentive. Food was fresh and tasty. Atmosphere was "normal ".....it's Boston Market after all. The dining area was inviting and clean. They even decorated for the holidays which added a pleasant festive touch!
we ordered our thanksgiving meal for our employees there placed the entire order and paid. when we go to pick it up they only had half of our stuff we ordered. There was 2 workers and a line of people. No one bothered to credit us. Never again.
I ordered via Uber Eats on Wednesday 10/11 from 31 Snyder Avenue. Meatloaf 2 mashed potatoes 1 corn 3 biscuits came to $43 high I know but was a rough day in work figured lunch and dinner next day. They screwed up my order no mashed potatoes instead 1 container of hard unseasoned potato slices and 1 sour macaroni and cheese, no biscuits. Uber Eats useless tell them they offer to give me $2.00 Uber Cash. So I decide maybe I'll get farther by calling the store. Well the man who answered the phone was rude cursed at me and told me to get over it I hung up of course he wouldn't give me his name the coward. But he proceeded to call me 2x more harassing me I finally blocked the number and told him I was reporting him, he said good luck you don't have my name. I reported this to Uber Eats of course they did nothing so please anyone who orders from this place be careful because they clearly have someone unhinged working there, and top it off the food was terrible I threw it out. I will never use Uber Eats again not for the money but because they evidently promote this kind of behavior and subpar food.

Order a whole chicken for dinner at 8PM. These guys don't close till 10PM minimal. They canceled my order, it's not even 9PM yet and never gave an explanation. After that, they weren't taking any orders anymore. Tried to call, no one answered.
