Placed order online when I showed up 4 hours before closing time to get my food the doors were locked and after peeking in I saw employees and asked what’s going? They said system is down there card reader isn’t working. But yet I was able to order and pay online?? This isn’t the first time I stopped by and they are randomly closed in the middle of dinner rush. Hope a manager change is in this locations future

I normally don't write reviews, but this food was disgusting and made me sick. I should have listened to my mother when she warned me not to order from here. She mentioned that the last time she ordered, the food seemed old. Everything on my plate looked unappetizing. This establishment should not be operating.
DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!!! I ordered a family meal and received spoiled meat, the second meat was over cooked and not seasoned, instant mash potato’s, salt less mac n cheese, ordered cream Spanish and got what looked like great value frozen chopped spinach in the bag, plus the sweet potato casserole was soupy. I was extremely disappointed. Coming from someone that has been eating Boston Market since 2006. This was hot garbage. Don’t waste your time or money. This place should be closed from this meal alone.

Ordered online,walked in they nothing was ready they also did not have 90% of what i Ordered .just plan chicken and sides that already looked old 15 mins after opening no flavors or nuggets so i wanted to cancel apparently thats impossible for them to do. I have to now contact another company and try to figure out how to get my 55 dollars back .

so my daughter was at work we order food through door dash the food was not satisfying at all she gets home and as she is eating her food she finds a long piece of hair in her food will never eat from here again !!!!

This location has changed a whole lot from the trays that food comes in and the bags as well as the rotisserie chicken, which was very dry. kind of turned me off from this location. It almost felt like they were going out of business.

I see the reviews about the dwindling quality but my recent visit was the opposite. The meatloaf was extremely tasty and flavorful, same with all the sides.
This location stops selling stuff early. They stop cooking key items long before they close ans always run out. Don't expect to come here for a meal past 7:30p. Chances are they will only have half of what you want.

The food I received tonight was absolutely horrible the rotisserie chicken was the driest chicken i have ever had and there is no cream of spinach. I did not receive that and i ordered. It was just spinach and garlic . This meal was completely disappointing and not worth the money i spent after a hard day at work .

They need to check on the rotisserie situation. Certain parts of the chicken's skin are always burned. They serve garlic spinach. I liked the creamed spinach, better.The broccoli was great though.Sweet potatoes were lumpy. Not sure why there is no consistency in the process of making the sides. My sweet potatoes used to always be smooth.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not looking like it's available.The staff do not seem to be friendly,either. They just seem to want to rush you, even if you're the only one in line.I don't get it.

The place had a funky smell, and the rotisserie chicken was over cooked or very burnt skin and dry.The Mac n cheese tasted off and not flavorful. I was really dissapointed at this bc it’s usually very flavorful at a different joint but this one was kind of very bad tasting.The service was good, nice people but just the food wasn’t good at all…
