This is not Boston market. It’s a garbage dump. Meatloaf meal for 3. 5 pieces if dried up burnt crap. Mashed potatoes are liquid. Fall through the fork. They don’t answer the phone when you try to call. And the website has no place to contact anyone. Do not waste your time or money.

Not even open, but Google says that it is.
They should have stayed closed. The mac and cheese, which is an upgraded price, was literally pasta noodles with a hint of orange. Sweet potatoes which is another upgrade were horrible. The skin was slimy on the chicken undercooked. My boyfriend had the chicken with different sides and he said it was horrible too. 40 bucks and we threw it in the trash

Food nasty Mac and cheese is not cheese it's noodles with sauce on it, cream spinach is not what is used to be. Not sure why they can't give refunds right away. They need your name number, and email seems weird to me. The guy working was nice but this don't make sense. I'm so disappointed wasted money wish I would have seen the reviews before coming. 6/28/25

The food was deeply disappointing....served with what appeared to be five-day-old chicken—and the customer service was shockingly rude. I strongly advise against dining here, unless you're willing to risk your health.

I was so excited to see a Boston market open, I thought they were all gone. Saw the one by Franklin mills as I was passing and got so excited. I got the 3 sides deal including Mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole and sautéed green beans. Horrible!! Mac taste like water and this was once my favorite, the sweet potatoes weren’t all the way cooked, oh and no marshmallows so they skipped over making this a casserole but it did have pieces of uncooked sweet potatoes and lastly the sautéed green beans didn’t have one piece of garlic, just bland! So disappointing. Times are too hard for food to go straight to the trash!

Absolutely Terrible food. Will not visit this location again. Customer service was good though. I went in at 5pm, Spent $50 on 3 half chicken meals. Chicken was SO dry, I had to have a drink to swallow my first bite. They were out of some sides. Mac and cheese didn't taste like it should have, spinach taste was different as well. So sorry I wasted my money here. 0/10 Go somewhere else.

No longer on business
I haven't had Boston Market for a while because they would always be out of stuff, like even chicken of all things! We were passing one today and figured we'd give it a try. They actually had everything we ordered this time.
The service was good, she was nice and got our order 100% right (which doesn't happen often anymore, anywhere).
My 2 star rating is for the food. The chicken was fine but nothing else tasted like it came from Boston Market. I used to love their mashed potatoes, didn't even need gravy for them. They taste absolutely nothing like they used to, I'm glad I did got grave on the side because it was needed. The creamed spinach also tastes different. And the cornbread couldn't have been more dry. We were extremely disappointed!

I paid $52 for dry chicken and bland sides. Half the the chicken was almost inedible bc of how hard and overcooked it was. I haven't been to a boston market in years but I remember the sides being much better than these were. The macaroni was overcooked and flavorless, the mash potatoes were translucent as if they were made with water and nothing else and the flavor of them was just weird. Nothing about this was good. Absolute waste of $50. The only good thing I can say is that the person behind the counter was pleasant, bless him, bc that place was dead empty and now I know why. Never again.
