Super upset as a woman who is pregnant and had a craving for Boston market . And the food wasn’t want I expected rice was hard, my chicken noodle soup noodles were hard as well. Mac and cheese was watery. The only thing I could eat was the corn bread and chicken everything else did not taste fresh and was a no for me sorry. Smh

I ordered some rotisserie chicken wings and received half-cooked wingdings. The photo showed whole wings 6, so why did they send me 6 wingdings? I ordered on Uber Eats, and they need to remove this location from the app. NONE OF THEIR CHICKEN IS ROTISSERIE!!!!

All my food was bad. I ordered meat loaf with broccoli. Everything was salty the meat loaf was tasting like vinegar. How is this place still open or why it is not under New management. It is not the place it is the people. Someone can get sick or worse.

Horrible..DO NOT ORDER OR ENTER... earlier today my friends ordered and 3 orders were not delivered and cost around $25 attempted to call x 3 and no answer so drove to restaurant?? With receipt and got horrendous response and resistance about righting the order and or refunding was told to call district manager.... 🤔

This was a damn shame I spent 35$ it was trash!! This was not Boston Market food The sweet potatoes taste like baby food the string beans were canned and uncooked Mac and cheese was rotten and disgusting!!! It was bad !!no wonder nobody was in there !! If this location was near my house I would have taken it back!! Instead I threw it in the trash!!! I will be calling corp!! This location needs to be shut down immediately!! This is not what the other Boston Markets are selling!!! Also you do not see any chickens cooking the cashier was the person who made my platters only 2 people were working!! Awful!! Tried to call and nobody picked the phone up sad!!And they didn't give me a piece of cornbread with my food!! I want my money back seriously sour Mac and Cheese 😤😠 And I had to come back to edit my review!! These reviews bad reviews back as far as 4 years this only means 1 thing ... these reviews don't mean a damn thing because nothing is changing at all !! I don't live around there so I didn't know that this place was horrible!! I didn't see the reviews before my stop or I would not have patronized this store!! I have never been to. A Boston Matket this Horrible!! I feel like whoever the owner is they are just taking peoples hard earned money!!! Robbing people that don't live in that neighborhood!!! People only go there if that don't live there!!! So more than likely you will never know how awful it is until you buy this rotten uncooked disgusting food !! My Dog didn't even want it!! So decided to go to BM for dinner tonight. I ordered Mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, and quarter dark chicken. Let's start with packaging/branding. The food was packed in a tan corner store container. The food was bland. The Mac and cheese were broken into small pieces (Mush), the sweet potatoes were like baby food and the chicken had no seasoning. It was a waste of my hard-earned money ($13.49). The owners could turn the store around if they read the reviews strive to do better. Reach out to the customers after they figure out how to make it better with coupons to win our trust back. Vow to continue to make improvements so we can come back after time.
