DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely overpriced (no prices on menus until you're actively ordering), and terrible system where you order on an iPad and then the one person working re-asks you all the details of your order. Took way too long considering there were only a few people ordering there, and they gave me the wrong food. I was already on flight by the time I noticed.
Even by the standards of airport food it was abysmal. Ordered a croque monsieur flatbread ($19.49!!!) ....waited almost a half hour (good thing my plane was delayed AGAIN) and got handed a takeout container with four soggy pieces of bread, deli ham, barely melted cheese -- but hey, at least it was entertaining watching the employees standing around talking and doing nothing.
Food quality is horrible
Came here for a coffee, placed the order, waited 15 minutes while the workers stood around chatting- asked about the coffee, they said cashier wasn’t here to do it. He finally showed up, asked me what coffee I wanted when everything was on the receipt and I had to stop what I was doing to help him. Not to mention this tiny coffee was $7. Why can’t airports do better?
Taking forever to get two muffins and a croissant learn to hire competent people
I paid $20 for a chicken salad sandwich and told them I have 20 mins to board they couldn’t make a cold sandwich or refund me. DO NOT ORDER
Terrible experience. Ordered from the tablet: three employees to busy on their phones to notice. When someone finally did notice, it was clear our order was a major inconvenience.
They tried automating the process to eliminate the need for a cashier with a tablet but because it’s so confusing, there was an employee standing there the entire time helping. Everyone was confused and frustrated. Spend a couple minutes to walk somewhere else for what you need.

Worst airport service ever. I went for a coffee 40 min before boarding. They never came with it and they just did it when I had to get onboard. It was a totally stressful experience.

Placed order for 2 drip coffees and 2 croissants. 20 minutes later they said the order never came through. Had to request chargeback from credit card company.

If after long hours of flying you want to be treated by a very rude lady, visit Boule Cafe Takeout & Market at the Philadelphia airport. Someone who seems to be the manager on duty or the organizer of the store, who when you enter there asks you if you sit down or leave, because it seems that people are not allowed to see what the hell they are selling. In front of me the rude lady sent a girl to pick up a glass that she left on the table where she was eating, scolding her loudly as if she were a little girl!!! What a shame. The polite girl asked for forgiveness, picked up her glass and left. Lady!!! You need working content! Pick up the glass and don't make someone feel bad like they've done something serious!! . Anyway, I feel sorry for the local workers if they have to deal with that lady all day. That phrase that says "make the customer feel good so they come back" doesn't apply here!!! Now I can understand why the place is empty. Unlike other businesses around!!!

Service was great and Thomas was awesome. My only recommendation is to add Vegan options on the menu. But the were able to make me a customized salad. This was at the airport location.

It is a very confusing set up with no explanation until it is too late. If you order from the kiosk then they won’t allow you to eat there. Yet there is no signage saying kiosk orders are “to go” only. If you are lucky enough for a worker to tell you this before ordering then you are seated. I ordered from the kiosk and stood while waiting for my sandwich for over 20 minutes. I watched them lose customer after customer because nobody knew what to do or the customer was kicked out of their seat even though they were eating the food from their cafe!
