Great food, sour service. Went to B&B for the first time in a long time as I've heard so many good reviews about the vegan food. It was a Friday night, so we waited outside 40 minutes for a table of 2. Definitely not the end of the world & something that I had expected on a busy night. When we were seated, I chatted back-and-forth with the waiter about the best vegan options and eventually settled on the vegan pizza. My boyfriend and I also ordered drinks. About a half hour later, we still didn't have drinks or food, so we were just thought they forgot the drinks. Neither of us said anything, and we were happy to go without as long as they weren't on the check. The food came, and I was given a vegan cheesesteak instead of pizza. Again, I didn't say anything because it was still a vegan option and I just thought they got confused. While we were eating, our waiter came over, and said that our drinks would be out in a little bit, to which I told her that we didn't want them anymore. She gave me some pushback and I just said I'm really sorry, but I thought we would get them a half hour ago, not at the end of our meal. She told me that she *just* reminded the bartender & was nervous to tell him we didn't want them so we had to get them. I totally understand this giving us the drinks if they're already being made, but I feel like after waiting a half hour we shouldn't have been forced to get the drinks we ordered at the beginning of the meal, especially when they are $15 apiece. After that, another waiter realized that my order was wrong and ended up bringing me the vegan pizza. I literally am never someone that writes reviews because I totally understand mistakes happen, but it just felt like there were multiple situations where some sort of customer service would've been applicable (removing the drinks from the check, removing my meal from the check since it was wrong, apologizing the drinks took so long, etc) and absolutely none of it happened. I also realized upon arriving home I tipped another 20% to a check that already had gratuity included (I didn't notice) for bad service. The food was really good but since it's not cheap ($100 for 2 people), I don't plan on coming back bc the service was just so crappy.

We did the restaurant week a few weeks ago, and I really loved my meal. I’m not a fan of the small tables though towards the back, so I’ll request a larger table next time. They sat us very quickly, service was a bit slow, but overall will definitely come back to try it again.

I went for bottomless brunch. The mimosas hit good. I got biscuits and gravy with grilled chicken. The gravy smelled and tasted like dog food. Biscuit is alright. Kinda dry. The home fries were overcooked dry. They were crunchy. The chicken was okay. Service was good and it’s mostly a bar vibe. I guess it was worth for the price.

The food wasn’t amazing. The chicken and waffle was okay, but not the best I’ve had. It was also way too loud and our server didn’t come around too often to refill our drinks even though we paid for the bottomless mimosas and margaritas pre fixe. Also, they charge 20% tip up front for a party of four and then ask if you would like to leave another tip. It’s just outrageous. I didn’t think we had such great service to leave a 20% tip to begin with. Our drinks were weak too. Not a great experience and way to expensive for the type of food served and service.

Great experience here! Fantastic service and really cool happy hour options. The pizza is deep dish but somehow wasn't too heavy.

My bartender D-Lo was awesome! The fried pickles were dope! Come in on for a nice Tuesday morning or afternoon of day-off day drinking with some very nice folks. The server Alexa brought us chocolate chip cookies gratis from the kitchen staff! Happy Tuesday!

We walked in on a Saturday night without a reservation and got a table right away, and the place filled up shortly afterwards. We placed our order and waited 45 mins for our food to come out. During that time our server never stopped by to acknowledge the wait or check in on water or drinks. Our food finally came and my order was wrong (server hadn't written anything down and they were able to fix it quickly but after the long wait ugh). Caesar salad was a plate of dry tasteless lettuce for $12, I honestly thought they forgot to put the dressing on but when I asked for an extra side realized it just had zero flavor and didn't eat it. Buffalo chicken nuggets and fried chicken sandwich were both ok, onion rings were bland. The server again never checked in when our meal came, we kept having to flag someone down to ask for more water/dressing/the check. Bad service long wait and mediocre food. No thanks.

Okay, let’s be honest - I work there sometimes, and my son owns the place, so I'm a little partial. The Bourb has been rocking it since 2014 and remains a major player in hip, burgeoning Northern Liberties. Dining is casual with vegan and carnivorous fare featuring award winning #pizzagutt. Upstairs is a sports bar/dining room/private event space with seven TVs, including a 6-top Irish Snug for those who request cozy privacy. Quizzo is still on Tuesdays. Daily brunch from 11-3. Weekday Happy Hour specials plus Whiskey Wednesdays, weekend comedy and the usual evening shenanigans featuring the effervescent LemmeLemons, barkeep extraordinaire

The food was great, our bartender was busy as hell but they still took the time to check in and chat from time to time.

Note: I normally do not give bad reviews..I went to brunch with my girlfriends. The food was actually pretty good but the service was ehh. We reserved a table for a group of 9 few days prior. The waitress named about 6 things that were not available to order and our choices were limited. One of my friends did not received her entree and the rest of us were practically finished eating while she was still waiting for hers. There was a miscommunication somehow where the waitress forgot to mention another item that was unavailable and the order was put through but never received. We spoke to the manager and the manager was not being considerate of our concerns and not even offering anything to help. My friend only received her bacon and that was the only thing she ate during the whole brunch. She left on an empty stomach. It just sucks because the food was great but I just wish they would take accountability especially when 20% gratuity was automatically included.

See they know how to take the reservation, but not how to hold it. And it’s the holding that’s really the important part.To clarify after seeing the restaurant's response, I showed up for a 7:15 reservation at 7:15 and was told it would be at least 20 minutes but I would receive a call if things opened up. At 7:28 I received a text that my reservation was cancelled.
