I've visited here a couple of times. I am looking forward to returning soon. The grits and fish are delicious. The pancakes were just okay, but everyone enjoyed what they ordered. I enjoyed my breakfast here the gentleman that greeted us and also was our server was cool ? no pin or paper. The food was great the French toast ? the atmosphere was relaxing the music set the tone I enjoyed myself and my companion. I can see myself coming back ✊???????

Really cool looking restaurant! Service was slow but Brittany was very sweet and good. I ordered the Boutique Corn Beef Special which was described as a corn beef sandwich with coleslaw on top. I expected a nice juicy corn beef sandwich. What I got was a coleslaw sandwich with a tiny bit of shredded dry overcooked and barely edible corn beef. Ridiculous. The coleslaw was good at least. Also, I don't know a restaurant that doesn't give free refills on diet Coke but when I got the bill I was charged for 2 diet cokes totalling $7 which is also ridiculous. It was my first time there and I might try it one more time but I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to go there

Oh my goodness! I loved everything about this place! From the good to the service, Boutique did not disappoint. The food was amazing and so was the service. Our server Ahyana was super sweet and attentive and the manager, Jade, came to check on us numerous times throughout service. The inside decor was so cute, but I can't wait for the weather to warm up, because the deck is sure to be a vibe also. The food was so good! Do yourself a favor and order the whiting, fried chicken wings, cornbread and red velvet waffle. Oh and did I mention, it's a BYOB. This place can't get any better!

I wanted to write a review on the amazing customer service my girlfriend and I encountered during our dining experience at your East Falls location. You manger Jade. Is absolutely amazing. We did not enjoy the shrimp and grits. She immediately came over and worked to resolve our issue with kindness, compassion and professionalism. I will absolutely return to this establishment. Please extend thank you to Jade for being the epitome of excellence.

Food is very good here! We waited 40 minutes for water after asking twice for our drinks. We waited another 45 minutes for food. My mom had to wait an hour for her food because they forgot to make it. One table even got up and left after waiting so long. Tables that were seated before us still didn’t have drinks on their table. The manger was very lackadaisical. She seemed to be very over her job. They didn’t even discount our bill. They need better management and organizational skills. The waiters seemed annoyed, I’m guessing they were short staffed .They could’ve at least had pitchers of water already on stand by because it’s very hot and stuffy. It’s so hard to support my people sometimes. It’s sad! The location at chestnut hill was never mine this!

Great food, but the customer service for pick up is terrible! They are so rude . They won’t even acknowledge you standing in the pick up area , but that’s if anyone even in there. Never fails always gotta wait 15-20 mins before being spoken too. Ask the girl for a status in my order because i received a text and she replied “idk you just gotta wait until it’s done” excuse me? Rude! Although the food is great, i Will never go again ! This situation has happen far too many times at this location.

1. The coffee was cold and not fresh2. Grits was hard and cold3. scramble eggs was cold, hard and looked as if they recycled it4. The male waitor was nice but really don't understand customer service. Instead of giving me fresh scramble eggs and grits he went to the back and heated it up. Please teach your servers how to wait tables because he did not have a clue. The fried fish and corn bread was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful
