Charming spot that seats around 50, yet thoughtfully laid out so it still feels cozy and personal. There’s a mix of stools and tables both indoors and out, offering options for different vibes.
I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese—simple, but done just right. The bagel had great texture, and the amount of cream cheese was perfect—generous enough without overwhelming it.
Definitely planning to return to try more items and soak in the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

The speciality cream cheese on my bagel was DELICIOUS but at the end of day the bagel was a bit stale and couldn’t be toasted. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately my chai latte was really a cup of iced milk with a splash of chai concentrate, the least-chai chai I’ve ever had.

Espresso tasted pretty good, I just usually like a 3-4 shot iced Americano. Little pricey for a 3shot as you had to add your own. All around good!
Great space, quality coffee, limited but tasty food options. It's great to have a noncorporate coffee option in this area.

I’ve been here twice so far. The service is outstanding. The pastries, omg, the waffles are so delicious you can eat them by themselves. If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have stayed to eat because the vibe is comforting.
