Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal.

Victoria was a pleasure to work with. Even with 10 guests, we had a variety of hors d'oeuvres and small plate entrees to choose from.
The food was delicious and the Brûlée team provided fantastic service to our guests. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for top quality, delicious catering!
