The sides, including the quinoa salad, are equally impressive, providing healthy options that are absolutely delicious. The maduros are cooked perfectly and come in a generous portion. Both the green and red sauces are spicy and delicious, with the green sauce adding a bright flavor to the meal. The salad features a dairy-based sauce, which those with dairy restrictions should keep in mind. Unfortunately, tres leches is no longer available. The empanadas are also a favorite among customers. The servers are polite, friendly, and attentive, enhancing the dining experience. The restaurant offers free BYOB with no corking fee, making it a great value. It's unfortunate that the restaurant is not often busy, as it truly deserves more patronage.
