Bread & Butter Philly - Breakfast Junction

This is a 5 Star Restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing, they will have you feeling like family the first visit. The service is everything you can ask for; they like the Chick-Fil-A for breakfast lol & I promise it will make you wanna go back again. I’m a chef myself & I can vouch & say the food is delicious, very flavorful & made with love & care. Definitely my go to spot.

I loveeee bread and butter! everything is good especially the smoothies, & cheese grits! I worked in the neighborhood for over 3 years and I don’t eat from anywhere but here! Jenny & Dan are the best they greet you by name even over the phone! Even on my bad days Jenny makes sure I leave the store with a smile. If you want good breakfast & good customer service as well COME TO BREAD AND BUTTER!

Went for the first time today and will not be returning. The food wasn’t good at all.

I read that this was the place to be based off a different review for another breakfast spot , so I thought I would give it a chance . . I thought wrong . No one greeted us upon entering to dictate if we seat ourselves or not . The wait time was long , yet there were few people actually inside and no communication offered about it . The fish was so crispy - it tasted like crust and grease for the majority of it . The plate pictured came out with black strings on it which I couldn’t decide was hair or the fishing line still hooked on my meal . They were willing to give another meal , but I was already turned off . And then lastly , they overcharged . . and when I asked for an itemized list ( just prior to paying the order ) , the associate picked up my card and proceeded to tap it for payment without my knowledge nor consent . I will not be returning . #failedexperiment

This spot has been there ever since I can remember . It’s an avenue staple . I forgot to take pics of my food but I got a bacon egg and cheese and home fries can never go wrong with that and the owners and staff are extremely accommodating and kind

I went to bread and butter today
The place is horrible I called and place my order over the phone I got their and had to wait 20 minutes.
As I waiting I see the owner sneezing and the cooks and no wash their hands the owner was very nasty and disrespectful she throw my food at me and when I got the food it was ice cold
That place is horrible
I will never recommend that place to anyone
I posted them on fb and tictox and the responses I got was the same to my experience
Stay away from that awful dirty food place

This place is absolutely amazing. Food delicious and fresh. Customer service great. Clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Very much the definition of a quaint breakfast joint, very personal and great value. Food quality is alright, but certainly not bad. Waitress is joking and nice. Overall pretty good!
