A neighborhood gem! 💎 One of the best Banh Mi sandwiches in the city. 🌯 It's our go-to on the weekend when we crave for some fresh Banh Mi sandwiches with delicious coffee on the menu. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is slightly on the sweeter end, but could offer a good change. There's some seating inside as well as a few chairs outside. It's always packed with people coming in and out even during the weekdays in the afternoon.

Great prices and great food and drinks! Matcha and dirty chai latte were good. They had some books/graphic novels to read too. Only complaint: as a former barista, it’s not like I don’t get what it’s like, but this both baristas were pretty grumpy and seemed displeased to be there. Still tipped 🤷🏻♀️ maybe they were both having a bad day?

Drinks are always perfect. Don’t get the strawberry chocolate drink, it’s weird, but orange blossom is a hit. Báhn Mìs are great, get it cut in half. You’re welcome!!!
Pastries are just ok, but I still get them from time to time 👀 Hashbrowns are yummy.
