My family and I went here yesterday after the Eid prayer. Our food took a hour to come out, I ordered the chicken and waffles my chicken tasted like it was cooked in old Grease I sent my food back. But my family said their food was good. The place is real small. I had a strawberry lemonade as a drink that was good lol but I will never return I wouldn’t give the food nor service a star but you have to pick 1 star..

I visited Brunch N on a Sunday afternoon, hoping for a great meal, but it was a letdown:
1. My Philly cheesesteak omelet had no cheese or steak. After flagging down another staff member (since our waiter never checked on us), the replacement omelet was sloppy and still lacked meat. No apology was offered. The hashbrowns were a small portion and the meal overall wasn’t filling.
2. My fiancées shrimp and grits, while visually appealing, was bland and under-seasoned.
3. A 20% gratuity fee was included, but the service was inattentive—unjustifiable given the small, uncrowded space.
4. The poor ventilation left us smelling like a kitchen when we left.
5. The table behind us also asked for a meal to be taken off as they did not like 1 or their meals either.
Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant. Seems like a money grab type of spot that doesn’t value its customers or care if they come back.

I don't like to write bad reviews but this place just wasn't it. I’m not sure how there are so many good reviews. When we walked in, it was very dark inside and didn't feel welcoming. I ordered the philly cheese steak omelette, which was horrible. It had absolutely no flavor. My friends ordered other things and they weren't happy with their orders either. Furthermore, when we went to pay, we were told that the credit card machine wasn’t working. It would have been nice to be told this from the beginning. Thankfully we had cash handy. But if we didn’t, it would be a big inconvenience. The server was really nice and that was probably the best part of the experience. It's a shame that it was so disappointing.

Made a reservation for 9 for today…. A Saturday
In Philly at 3pm. Arrived and the place is closed……. No notice at all. Do you guys not want money? Im so disappointed because I was excited to try this new place. Very bad business practice!
The place is decent on the inside. But to be honest this place is a huge let down. For starters the food is not very good. Depending on what you get it's more than likely hit or miss, with it being around 90% miss. I had six people to a table and all of us except one said our food was not good. This is also the only place that I've ever gone to where I'm served with a plastic fork and spoon as opposed to real silverware. The place is BYOB which was also a letdown because I thought they served drinks but they have nice tasting mocktails.

I visited Brunch N yesterday. Lets start with the good. The service was fine. My shrimp & grits and homefries was delicious. The place was too dark for me, it gave dungeon vibes. We were told the prep cook forgot to take the meats out so there was no chicken, fish, salmon or sausages. Our bill was $62 for shrimp & grits, 2 coffees, cheese grits and side of home fries. While the food we were able to get was very good I feel like when they opened and saw they had no meat to serve they should have made a run over to the Reading Terminal and bought a few pieces of the things they didn't have at the moment. I don't know if this is normal practices but I don't think I will return. Oh and $62 for what we got just seems crazy to me. But I now noticed they charged us a 20% service charge and we tipped. Smh Why on earth would we be charged a service charge when they didn't have half the menu at 9 am. Crazy lol

We walked in on a Sunday and didn’t have reservations. The host said they weren’t taking any patrons other than reserved parties even though they had ~10 open tables. He also didn’t really provide any explanation. Would have loved to try out the spot…

The customer service was nice, but the food was nasty. The chicken tasted like old grease and lacked seasoning. The waffles tastes awful.. like flour…no blue taste & heavy food coloring. I wouldn’t recommend.

We hit this spot up on the way home and from the pics thought we were in for a treat but were quickly disappointed. We ordered three cheesesteak omelets and had to return two. One for being burnt and the other cause it barely had steak. The third, which was mine, barely had steak but I kilt it anyway😏, I was hungry. The crab cake egg roll stole the show and is the main reason we’ll be returning to Brunch N. Other than that we had a good time. Just but more steak on my omelette next time!!!
PS Manager had no problem adjusting our bill…

They are not made for big parties. Waited over an hour for food. One persons food didn’t come out until everyone else was done eating. It is also very smokey in there. It is BYOB but you have to pay $20 per bottle you open. Overall food isn’t good enough to return.

Came to Brunch N with some friends today. Overall a nice experience. Food was fresh and tasty, service was very friendly and welcoming. My favorite part of my breakfast was the home fries. Would definitely recommend for a quick brunch and will be returning !!

My rating for this place is zero. Only thing great here is the customer service & the white lady that seemed to be a seasoned waitress or manager. Food is trash, Grits & Fish tasteless. Waiters & cooks not concerned about health & safety. So many health code violations staring at me in the face. Dirty place, dirty kitchen/staff. The list is endless. I will not be returning.

I visited this place because a friend recommended it. It was a disappointment. The day I went they were out of almost everything at 1130am. The food was underwhelming. I did not get what I ordered. And the order of toast consisted of one slice of bread. That led me to believe they also ran out of bread. The beef bacon was the main star of this place. I cannot recommend this place. My friend said the same. He did say his shrimp and grits was just okay. Not worth returning though.

Food, service and ambience was below subpar. At noon, they had run out of several options. We, a group of 4, placed our orders, server came back 10-15mins later to tell us something or the other was missing from each of our orders (no avocado for a 17$ avocado toast). The food took forever to come out, was missing parts of our order (but we didn’t have the option to switch at this point). The floors were dirty, the bathroom didn’t have TP. The food made me sick. They charged us for all the food that was missing from the original order. Definitely not deserving of the service charge of 20% already included in the check. I wouldn’t mind the wait if the food is good, can overlook the ambience if the service is good but this wasn’t it.

There were only two other parties there, still took about 5 min to get seated. When we walked place smelled of old cooking oil. Got an omelette, breakfast burrito, and pancakes. Waitress forgot my coffee. Eggs were watery which makes sense as the lady cooking asked the staff to bring her more liquid eggs. Home fries were drowned in oil and only seasoned with black pepper. The pancakes weren’t much better. Would never go back. Service was not good and food was terrible.
