Apparently, it's a common thing that booking a reservation is completely irrelevant. There was a group of 3 in front of me (party of 2). Because of how they weren't able to combine the two empty tables, they literally waited until they could in order to seat that group as opposed to checking to see if I had a reservation or seeing if they could seat me. Nonetheless, I gave them 10 minutes afterwards to acknowledge me before I've made the decision to leave. Service is poor; atmosphere is extremely terrible (small storefront space; tight; people behind me walked out because of not knowing that beforehand).

I am only leaving a 1 star review because the lamb sausage was the ONLY and BEST thing in this meal. If I could leave 0 starts I would.
The food is horrible, the place stinks, doesn't have much seating and will have you waiting 1 and a half hours + just to be seated. Lack professionalism, attitude was so unnecessary especially when your business can thrive off of word-to-mouth just based on your hospitality. Honestly very disappointed, I wasn't expecting to have this experience.

Update : 10/17/24 I went Back this time to a new location Aramingo Avenue. The food was delicious and my server Sade was great. Will return.
Today 9/2/24 at 11am. I drove All the way from Pa to have brunch with a friend. Before taking the drive I googled the Cherry hill location. It was supposed to be open according to Google.This place was close no sign on the door or nothing. Someone told me it was close due to staff shortages. highly disappointed. Bad for business !!

My wife and I chose to drop in as we thought it would be a good spot for brunch on a Monday morning. The establishment didn’t seem busy considering the seating availability, but it took almost 15-20 minutes before we were even greeted by a host. It then took almost 45-50 minutes before we received part of our order. Several patrons left before their orders were even taken; the food was okay, but the lamb chops were unusually small and we never received our side of French toast, glasses of water or extra napkins. They didn’t have sides of turkey sausage available even though they had just opened an hour before we arrived. There was one waitress who was extremely patient and tried her best to manage the patrons as best she could, but it just seemed the establishment was severely understaffed or just not concerned with servicing/serving the patrons. Highly disappointed and doubt we’ll return to this establishment.

Food is way over priced to have not one lick on seasoning . . Ordered chicken and waffles and the hot honey chicken wings , both of the chicken orders were TASTELESS . Waffles were good but that’s it . “ hot sausage “ was terrible as well . Was absolutely disappointed. As well as them not having over half the menu

The service was ok and the atmosphere was fine. However, the food was not up to par. I came for the chicken and waffles and was told the waffle machine was down. Therefore I had to have french toast and chicken. The chicken was burnt and taste burnt as well. It taste as if it was cooked in burnt old grease. The french toast were very good, but the chicken ruined the meal. I also had the worst grits I ever had in my life. The grits had no texture and taste as if they were recooked. I honestly should not have paid.
