I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza yesterday. The total cost was $20šµ. Despite the price, the pizza was perfectly delicious. However when I was paying for my order over the phone, the female cashier taken my card info then hanged up the phone. She didn't confirm that the transaction was approved, or tell me how long the order would take. Just straight disconnected the call. WTH! I don't think I'll order again because of the price for a medium pizza. But it was very good!

I have been coming to Bruno's since the Italians owned it. For some Godforsaken reason my husband loves this place. I have experienced some of the most rudest & ignorant behavior from the cooks & cashiers recently. If you don't want to work in these places, DON'T! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

The pizza slice was hot and fresh! I also glad they got rid of the wrinkle shaped fries and serve regular fries

They probably have one of the best pizza in the city. The service is pretty good too. The only thing about it is you canāt sit in there and eat. You can order and after you can your food you have to go which I am not a big fan off. It is worth going though.

Horrible horrible service for people ordering online ! I ordered 2 med size pizza the delivery estimate was almost 2 hours. I tried to cancel and it was trying to charge $30. So I waited for the food. It literally took almost 3 hours to come. They must prioritize walk inās but I know aināt that much of being busy in the world. So of course when the food got here it was ice cold and chicken peso pizza barely had chicken. And the wait was literally on the store not the driver when food was done 3 hrs later a driver easily accepted the order so they canāt blame it on drivers! If you canāt handle walking phone and online orders you should not accept the online orders simple ! That was simply a mess !

Now i used to go to brunos back in the day and i mean back in the day like 05 06 lol. But i was in the area had a taste for a buffulo chicken cheesesteak and a ceaser salad. That cheeseteak taste like a cheeseteak you would get from the papi store not a pizza store. It was so slim chicken was overcooked hard not good. To grilled chicken on the salad was so overcooked. It was dry, it just was not and they used the worst dressing that italian style ceaser not the creamy style that I like overall 1 out of 10 I wish I could get my 25 dollars back

Bruno's is a really good pizza spot! Their pizza is top tier! I got a cheese steak from here before and that is not something that I would order again from here. However, it wouldn't stop me from trying anything else from here.
The staff members are friendly and attentive. It's right on the corner of Cheltenham and 19th St so it's easy to get to.

I ordered a cheese meal and a couple of other items they sent half of my order, but still tried to charge me the same prices if I had my whole order. I called to let them know hoping they would just fix the problem they caused (I live around the corner from the store which takes a second the store) no they told me I had to wait until their one diver drop of the 11 orders they already have so Iāve to wait even tho they mess up. I decided to just walk around to the store in the cold to get the food I ordered promptly when I got there they didnāt even have the courtesy to give a discount or apologize they charged me the whole price. This store lost a great customer and a person who tips twice.

Wonderful lunch today at Brunoās! We sat outside, enjoyed a chicken salad, wrap, a grilled cheese with bacon, and a cheeseburger, with ice cream served in parfait dishes for dessert. Everything was fresh, tasty, and served quickly and with a smile. Perfect experience all around.
