Food was so so. Not worth the price. Service was great, drinks were good. Did not like the cockroaches in the bathroom. Wish I had seen that before ordering so atmosphere would be 0 if that was an option.

I got chicken pineapple fried rice and a salmon tempura roll. Food was pretty good. Prices were decent as well. I think for the price the food was worth it.
Service and Ambience was ok.
At the end we found out they don’t take AMEX which was inconvenient, so make sure you have another form of payment.

We came in by chance, but it was the best decision we made. It’s one of the best Japanese restaurants we’ve ever been to. Absolutely everything we ordered was delicious. The only thing that disappoints me is that I was just visiting the city and can’t come back. But if I ever return to Philly, I’ll definitely come here again.

We had two specialty rolls, chicken fried rice wiyh pineapple and seaweed salad it was all amazing! The sushi was hardy and we really only needed one specialty roll as they were so large! Really fun place to go for an early dinner

I came because I thought the food would be good but I was wrong. Even after first receiving the food and asking for it to be fixed it was not. Respectfully I work at Wendy's and we fix our shit if not to customer satisfaction. Me and my man both had a meal and everything on both plates were just bland and had no flavor. The soy sauce definitely did not help it just made everything worse. I hope people do not waste their money like mine was wasted.

just ordered for the first time and this is the worst sushi experience of my life. my partner cringed at the taste of his roll and the color of the crab was questionable. the spicy garlic edamame, advertised as tossed in “spicy garlic seasoning” tastes nothing of garlic but rather as if they pureed a pepper and tossed it in that alone. the tacos were advertised as raw fish, but it is cooked. wasted my money.

Bubblefish is one of the best sushi restaurants I have been to in Philly. I come here often and usually get the shrimp tempura roll. The prices are reasonable and is a spot to have a quick bite. I also want to appreciate the staff. The staff are kind and attentive. Once again if you have the time and come to Chinatown in Philly, please come and have a meal!
