We've been to Bud & Marilyn's and it's become one of our favorite restaurants in Philly. Sorry to say, that all changed last night mostly because of the food. The fish & chips and fried chicken both tasted like they were pre-cooked and reheated when ordered making them dry. Nothing tasted like they were cooked to order. Sorry to say, it just not as good as good as it was before.
It was good; portions were very small! Our server was just running away before we even complete ordering she would not even recommend anything when I asked for good cocktails! Little disappointed because of experience hence low ratings! However whatever we ordered food wise was good!
We stopped by for drinks (5/5 it was great) while we were waiting for our table at their sister restaurant around the corner. Loved the vibes and the drinks. The food that was coming out looked and smelled wonderful!
