Have been prior and will return. Consistently great food and drinks. Was a bit rushed this time with apps arriving quickly and barely finished them and out came main course. Definitely worth going and making it a regular on the list of returns.
Visited Bud & Marilyn's for a pre-theater meal. We had made a reservation, and were seated promptly upon arrival. The service was quick and friendly. Our server was helpful with recommendations and suggestions. We opted for the the Buttered Pork Sirloin and the Short Rib Stroganoff. We didn't order drinks, but the bar seemed to have plenty of good offerings. The pork was tender, juicy and delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the accompanying sauce was delicious....
My wife and I dined here while spending a weekend in Center City. The menu is great, lots of different choices at reasonable prices. I had the Caesar salad which was excellent. Really good dressing. It had some things in it not usually found in a Caeser (parsley, radish or jicama), but it worked. I was disappointed in the fried chicken. It had a nice crust and good size portion.
