One serve for entire building. It took 10 minutes to greet us at out table. Drunks took another 10 minutes to get. It was wing day youd think they would staff better.

Do not try their new cheesesteak, worst cheesesteak you will get in Philly. It's way too salty for no reason, barely any cheese and the serving size is small...

Tried this location once again because I usually like the food. First time I went the girl behind the bar that was chatting it up with some dude acted like I was bothering her,,took 15 minutes to even come to me and another 30 minutes to get my food. No apologies,,nothing! No tip absolutely horrible experience. Went tonight and guess what? Even worse experience. No tip and this time bro behind the bar threw menu's at me and literally said nothing! Looked at me also like I was bothering him. I've literally never seen anyone work so slow almost backwards. It's in Philly so shouldn't expect more. Very poor run restaurant and almost seems,,,racist. Yea I said it. Shouldn't be this way.

Thought I would try a burger and was very disappointed. Burger was soggy and did not taste like a burger should. Also saw “beer battered”onion rings on the menu,but that’s not what I got. They tasted like common breaded frozen onion rings.

The food is okay, but the service at this location is excellent. The waitress, Alexis, was very attentive and the manager was quick acting when we had an issue that needed to be solved.

If I could I would give them no stars. I ordered a 20 piece traditional wings for the 19.99 special. The wings were old, all drums with no flats, and I asked for sauce on the. The french fries was old and cold. Save your money, you can get better wings from a pizza restaurant.

Me and my friends went there on a Saturday we stood waiting to be seated the girl looked at us a rolled her eyes. And said we could sit anywhere. Her whole vibe was rude
If you don't feel like working take the day off but don't give customers that energy. And awhile later another group came in they where greeted and taken to a table
This is the second time I've been to this one the service was good and the person was nice left her a nice tip. The energy you give is what you get maybe you shouldn't work with people with a funky attitude.

Staff was unprofessional, no one at the door, and I waited 30 minutes with no one taking my order. I left the restaurant without ordering on Thursday, June 11th, 10 p.m., and will never go back there. This was once a great location.

Service is slow, wings are average at best. There are better places to go.
