Food is very expensive and not worth the money. Not the best cheesesteak in Philadelphia. Whoever thinks they were the best cheesesteak don't know cheese steaks. To have the best cheesesteaks you need to be Italian.

Sandwich had little egg and bacon. It was all bread. Does take Venmo which is positive. I would not revisit.

Today, I found myself massively craving an egg, cheese, tomatoes on a soft, crispy hoagie roll. I could taste the crunch of the bread, the gooeyness of the cheese and eggs, and the sweetness of the tomatoes. I was struggling mightily to try and remember where I had this amazing concoction so I could order it for lunch. I sat at my desk in San Francisco, scrolling through Yelp and looking at all the sandwich and banh mi places... ...only to realize that I was thinking of Bui's Lunch Truck in Philly!!! It's been nine years since I've lived in Philadelphia and just as long since I've had a Bui's Special #3, but I miss it so much. I've tried to stop by the few times I'm in town, but never seem to be in Philly during their opening hours. The one time in 2021 (May 9th) I was in town between 7am and 2pm, Bui's was closed that day. Next year is my ten-year school reunion and I'm definitely carving out time to stop by. Can't wait!

Best hidden gems. I order number 9 cheesesteaks. It so tasty and delicious. The Bui sauce make all the difference. Give this place a try and you won't be disappointed. Don't let the hole in the wall look fool you.
A buddy of mine that went to UPenn swears by this place and I gave it a shot. Gotta try the Bui's special sauce + egg + cheese + pepperoni, it definitely hit the spot

Now this place is a food truck deal! You're getting comfy Chinese food - yes there's nothing fancy about how the truck or food looks but for the price you pay and the amount of food you get, it's worth it. I usually get the beef chow fun and mapo tofu (be aware, their mapo tofu is not like other spots - it's drier and has bamboo shoots as opposed to typical saucier versions). You can ask for any of their dishes to add spicy sauce. **both under $5!** Tip: call ahead because when they're busy they can take nearly 40 minutes to make 1 dish!
