I wanted to get some fries 🍟 for my son. There were only 2 vehicles in the drive thru when I arrived, one driver ahead of me and myself. They were in the second window getting their order and when I came to the order area, the worker immediately said “I’ll be with you in a moment “, didn’t get a chance to say anything. No lie, I waited for 10 minutes, then when the car ahead of me drove off, the female attendant never said anything to me. By this time there was 4 cars behind me. Then I said, hello? This worker proceeded to scream at me” I said in a minute!!!” Mind you, I gave her many minutes, over 10 of them. So this is what you call customer service these days? I quickly took off, as I can spend my hard earned money 💰 elsewhere. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! WONT BE BACK. Will be reporting her to the management tomorrow but not sure what good that’ll do. It starts from the top. 💯

It’s 7:19 now in the drive thru line, I spent 15min waiting on a slow line. Now drive thru Clerk tells me they are only taking delivery orders because they close at 8. They didn’t come out to say it so I’m stuck on line until the cars move out of the way on the drive thru line.

I've lived 45+ years 5 minutes away from this Burger King location, so it's been my go to BK. Today I stopped for dinner for me and my family and I stood there for over 15 minutes and I asked the same employee three (3) times if anybody was taking orders. All three times the employee looked me in the face and all three times she ignored to even acknowledge me.
Beware this site.

These people are lazy. Service is so slow. Waited 18 minutes just to order food another 15 minutes to get it. when I got it. Everything was cold. This place sucks!

Ever sit in a drive thru line for twelve minutes? Your large order of fries are hot but they are really a medium size? How about a custom made sandwich that's cold? I thought I'd give this place another try. It's been over a year since the last time. Other BKs get it right. Why not this one? See ya in 2-3 years.

I have had the unfortunate experience of visiting this Burger King multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of a disaster. No matter what time of day I stop by, the service is consistently abysmal.

During a recent afternoon visit with my family, we waited an unreasonable amount of time for our food, only to find that our order was either prepared incorrectly or missing items altogether. It’s frustrating to see a fast-food restaurant struggle with basic order accuracy and efficiency. The front-end staff seem to have no concept of customer service; they consistently display nasty attitudes that make you feel unwelcome from the moment you walk in.

Things got even worse during a late-night visit after work. I watched in horror as the manager prepared my fish sandwich with his bare hands, right in front of the drive-thru window. When I expressed my concerns about the hygiene of this practice, the manager brushed me off, insisting that he had washed his hands. Frankly, that’s not the point. The sheer disregard for food safety is appalling, and I was left feeling disgusted by the thought of eating something prepared in such a manner.

I was able to get a refund, but the experience left a lasting impression. Making food with bare hands in a fast-food environment is simply unacceptable. This Burger King clearly needs serious intervention in both management and staff training. If you value your health and your time, I highly recommend avoiding this location altogether. It’s a shame, because fast food should be convenient and enjoyable, but this place has managed to get it completely wrong.

I usually have a great time coming here but TODAY I seen things that should never happen in this Industry. The light skin lady who makes the food was eating onion rings as she made burgers then wiped her face with the same gloves as she continued to make food. That shows no standards whatsoever. The front worker who was bagging up the food was walking back and forth screaming mobile order with a line of maybe 5 people she should have said the name beside grabbing the bag and walking out the door to go to the parking lot to look. The only reason I was able to stop her and because I heard her say Marshall then she gets an attitude she mumbled something along the line of he should have heard me or something. She had an earpiece in which everyone in food has the MOD should know that’s a physical hazard when dealing with food but she could have been on the phone talking and I said you should call the name out not mobile order. All n all not sure if I will come back
