This guy goes beyond customer service I dont even eat burger king. I brought a drink and brought the kids. And family something, but I have never been treated this good nowhere. I have went as far as Burger King McDonald's. I mean, this guy is great. You gotta go just because he's great like that. I mean, like it'll make you have a great day. Go in here, sit down and all that It's awesome. I'm telling you clean. Nothing dirty bathroom clean, don't stink. It smells great. You want great service ask alex

I recently had the worst experience at Burger King on 5823 Castor Ave. The unprofessional behavior I experienced at your Burger King location at 5823 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19149 on 7/27/25 was a disgrace. This involved both the drive-through operator and the manager on duty at the time, Nasir. While placing my order at the drive-through, I clearly requested three Brisket Whoppers (two without cheese) and three medium fries. The drive-through operator repeated the wrong sandwiches back to me, saying Bacon Whoppers. When I corrected her and clarified I wanted Brisket Whoppers, she responded in a nasty and dismissive tone, saying "I have your order." I stated to her that she mentioned the wrong sandwiches and reminded her again what I ordered, and she sat silently for a moment, then said "Medium fries—anything else?" in a similarly dismissive tone. At that point, I drove around and went inside to speak with a manager. When Nasir came to the counter, I explained what happened. Instead of addressing the concern, he stated, "I can’t get in between anything with a customer and staff arguing." I was not arguing, I was correcting an order and expecting to be treated with basic respect. When I told him that as the manager he should be addressing this situation, he gave a brief apology and offered to take my order, but he clearly did not take the situation seriously. Both the drive-through operator and the manager were unprofessional, and the manager failed to meet even the minimum expectations of leadership. As a paying customer, I should be able to clarify my order without being met with attitude or indifference. I am requesting the following: A formal apology for the experience Confirmation that the incident has been addressed with both staff members involved Assurance that customer service expectations are being enforced at this location This experience was not only disappointing but unacceptable. It is not—nor will it ever be—okay for leadership or staff to respond with rudeness or dismissiveness when a paying customer is simply ensuring their order is correct. If this kind of behavior is being tolerated, taken lightly, or not addressed through proper training and expectations at this location, then it signals a much larger issue within the store’s culture. When a manager on duty feels it is more appropriate to make snide remarks and casually joke with staff rather than recognize and fulfill their responsibility to de-escalate and professionally handle a customer concern, it reflects a serious lack of accountability and leadership. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed accordingly—not just with those involved, but at the operational level. I have emailed HR and Corporate and expect to hear back regarding this matter within 5–7 business days.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff at this location showed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. While customers waited in line, employees refused to acknowledge anyone, wouldn’t even turn around to offer assistance, and made no effort to provide basic customer service. It was clear they had no interest in helping or doing their jobs.
Save your money and take your business elsewhere — no one deserves to be treated with that level of disrespect.

Staff are very unfriendly and rude anytime I go there. It’s always an issue to order and get service. I pay money to eat at the restaurant to be disrespected and I am twice these kids age. Do not spend your money here

Beautiful restaurant the manager has good control over the guest unruly Young Folks come after school and create Ruckus inside the restaurant police have been called multiple times wow I was there with my family eating not the safest place but there is order by management police will be called if you act up

This Burger King is down the street from my house very convenient to bad i will not be goin here anymore nor will anyone i know last week when it was snowing i placed a online order when i got to the speaker i told them i wanted to order churro fries and i was picking up my order i paid for in the app the lady with thaw long unprofessional eye lashes says i can’t place a order i have to come in or drive around what mind u it was snowing and i had two small children in the car y would i have to drive around or come in just ring me up while im at the ordering speaker just very petty and unprofessional after i had already spent money im trying to spend more money and she’s telling me basically my child can’t have churro fries mind u it’s not even an option on the app so at this point i asked for the manager she says she’s the manager i asked for the store number she said he won’t answer that either i will so i will not be spending my hard earned money here and nor will anyone i no
