Do not waste your time & money at this location, there’s a million other locations that are significantly better in quality & service. I ordered through the drive thru & was told “pull up to the front doors of the building & I’ll bring it out” but no one came out for 10 minutes with no sort of update.
I went inside & asked for a refund & then a woman said they do not give them, it was not until after a few minutes of asking for my money back that they brought out food for me. The food, specially the fries, were very cold & rubbery.
Do not recommend at all, go to a different site.

I’m giving this location 3 stars because I visit this store often & the staff has always been wonderful until today 😞 Martina was very rude and unprofessional. I would understand her misery if I was a disrespectful customer but I was extremely kind to her. I feel if you are working in customer service you should at least try to speak like you enjoy what you do.

No air conditioner inside the restaurant on the side of the customers eating area it was 98 degrees outside😓
Everytime it’s some bs. “Wait at the ordering machine we will call you to pull up when it’s ready” or “pull up to the arrow we will bring it out” all to keep their drive thru times down, meanwhile no one else is in line ever and it takes 10-15 mins everytime.
This place is nice and clean the manager is nice the food was fresh and ready the manager said they was under new management yall should give the new manager and team a good chance

The girl that attend in this BK was rude. It said it’s close at 12 , I was there at 11p th the drive tru and she just turned off the screens and dindt attend me . Bad service
