Food isn't fresh, but it's better than McDonald's.
Waited an hour for my food, was told someone went on break which is why it took so long, then waited another half hour.
Missing food and no one answers the phone
food arrived 2.5 hours late, missing a sandwich, two fries, and a drink.

This is a ghost kitchen. It's all kinds of restaurants rolled into one building for the convenience of the food delivery business. You can only order remotely and pick up your order here. No dine-in, no drive-through.
food was cold and stuff was missing
Confused by the reviews at say this BK doesn’t exist. I’ve ordered delivery from BK twice in the past couple months and each time it’s apparently from this location.Anyway, both times the bun on my whopper was noticeably stale and dried out. All the food is cold, admittedly this may just be a symptom of delivery, but I think I’ve gotten fried fast food delivered in the past that actually arrived relatively warm. Then tonight I got an original chicken sandwich that tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for two hours. Chicken patty was completely dried out and weird, and the lettuce on it was a weird color.If you can manage to order from a different BK location, I recommend doing so.
