Wow this is crazy. It's like a hard piece of plastic they gave me instead of a piece of chicken. Almost broke a tooth.

They open 24 hours but take forever to take your order. I waited 20 minutes for nothing and left.

I placed an order thru Grubhub. Ordered a whopper meal, 3 double cheeseburgers and fries. And what was delivered was a soda. Wow that's all I can say. Who works behind the counter putting the food on the bags

OMG, the most Unorganized place i've ever been to. The workers don't have a clue of what their doing. It's the old saying Two feet and a Heartbeat, they hire anyone.
Plus the fact management doesn't give a shit they justs walk around doing nothing just talking on there phones.
It started I walk in and there was a line of three people so I waited, well what a Mistake.
It took over a halfhour Seriously....
Manager standing around.
In the eating area doing nothing and howler's over to a guy to wipe down the tables.
The guy said in a nice Respectful manner can someone else take care of it I got my hands full, you got two people just standing around doing nothing. The manager had An real attitude with the employee and it's a shame he was right. There where 2 employees just leaning texting on their phones.
I guess I'm old school.
Phone should not be used at work.
You're getting paid to work,
not to be on your PHONE....(this means MANAGEMENT too!)...
Then the order, I should of realize and walked out then.
I had to repeat myself 3 times because the person taking my order was too busy.
talking to another employee.
Now the waiting process.
I get my food I head to my car and of course my order is wrong. How do you get a simple order of Original chicken Sandwich.
And fries. 🤦🤦WRONG, Seriously....
THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING WITH THIS PLACE.
I know it's a fastfood place, but you have a job do it right if not walk and have someone do it that NEEDS a job.
Hope this reaches HR, something needs to be done, if not this place won't last.
STOP hiring lazy people including managers.
PLUS to All the managers maybe you should STOP Delegating and get your own hands dirty.

I ordered a triple whopper with cheese paid for it and they send this. Second time this restaurant messed up my order. They need a manager that cares this is ridiculous I need my money back

I'm a uber driver Friday 1/10/25 @8:45am. I stopped at this burger king to use the restroom and the manager on duty told me, I had to make s purchase to use the restroom. I will I just have to go really bad first she rudely said no. Please dont support this business. That was horrible customer service and very unwelcoming to consumers. I hope thus place shuts down and the manager be fired.

Food is fine–tried to use the bathroom after going thru the drive thru and when I opened the door, there was an employee in there who yelled at me, went back in the bathroom, and camped out for another 10 minutes. Who tf takes their break in the bathroom?

The workers here are okay , but they’re lazy i ordered just a 2 whoppers and fries and they made me pull to the side for a order this small , it wasn’t even packed for it to take 15 minutes and for me pull over the side

Burger King on Columbus Blvd - Avoid on Weekends!
I went this past Sunday around 1:30 PM and it was a complete disaster. My lunch break was totally wasted waiting in a huge line. The crew was clueless, nobody knew what they were doing, and the whole place was backed up. They seemed totally indifferent to the chaos.

Staff is unprofessional and hostile. They also charge you more than they show you on the screens. Been here twice. First time got a double whopper and they didn’t put lettuce, tomato, nor sauces; and charged $4 higher than price on menu. I let it slide.

Second time I go through the drivetru, I ask why is the total price of my order higher than what it’s being shown on the menu in the screen; the staff proceeds to curse me out and get hostile. I ended up not buying nor will come here again!

My total came to $15 while it’s supposed to be $11 as seen in the included picture
