The worst burgerking they should close this location due to a bad service and bad food quality the drive through guy was rude horrible experience the wait was like 25 minutes for a burger

I ordered in drive through and was told to wait in the car park. After waiting 20 minutes and watching employees sit at the tables and talk to each other an employee came out and asked what we ordered, turns out our order had been sitting there the entire time and no one brought it out to us. My burger was soggy and cold, my chips were cold. Will never be back

SO.... I waited in the outter drive thru line After 3 cars, on the inner lane, placed their orders. I decided to go inside - mistake #2 - I was ignored, when I was finally acknowledged, they didn't seem to care that I was skipped in the drive thru... It's Whopper Wednesday, Y am i paying full price for a whopper??? Because the counter kid pressed the wrong key - Because he DID NOT KNOW it was Whopper Wednesday.... How can they continue to operate with such INCOMPETENCE. I Love the Whopper . BUT I WILL NEVER PATRON THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!

We pulled up to the drive through well before closing and we were told to wait a minute. 10 minutes later they came across the speaker and said they were closed. When I questioned why they told me to wait then the guy said yeah we’re closed.

Seems like the manager hired a bunch of people that could care less. Every level of my order was screwed up. They gave me the wrong receipt, wrong food, and the service was terrible. Will definitely never visit this BK. The McDonald's 50 feet away is much better and the Wendy's across the street will run them out of business I'm sure. I think the manager just needs to fire them all and start over.

Burger King blows and their app blows. Haven't been there in about 8 years. I get a free whopper and 25 percent off with my walmart account. And the app can't seem to get things right. I click to remove pickles, lettuce, onions all the stuff. I go back in my cart and it's like I didn't even edit anything. So I will not order, deleted the app and straight off to chick fila where I always go. With them losing customers and money, im shocked Burger King is still around. I don't know a single person that goes there anymore.
I'm surprised this place still operating. By far the worst BK I ever visited 40 miles radius. Yes it's clean, but thats it. Customers services really suck. Half the time they closed before store hour operation.

Worst customer services ever. I went through drive thru and the lady told me to wait before taking my order. I've waited 15 to 20 minutes just to be told sorry we no longer take order. Plus half the time they closed 11:15 pm to 11:30 pm (store hour say 12 am). Very unorganized.

Clean restaurant. Order came in a timely manner. Most importantly, employee verified order accuracy with line staff. I got a hot accuate order, and that makes me happy. Restroom was clean. Employees actively cleaning the store. Only negative, and it's not the store's fault, the other customers got loud and disrespectful. Would definitely come back when in the area.
