I order my boyfriend some food thru DoorDash n I don’t know how y’all can’t get the order I paid for correct it should be printed on paper 🤦🏾♀️🙄 and then I call y’all 4 times n y’all can’t answer the phone so I can tell y’all bout the order being wrong like be for real 🤦🏾♀️ Can y’all do something bout the wrong items that I did not order but.. y’all gave me n the wrong item u gave me was the chicken fries they were suppose to be mozzarella sticks n then we ain’t even get no sauce either like do better please 😒

The workers are nasty with there attitude the food was nasty there French fries was nasty when I want to pay they say they don’t not taken credit card I don’t know why they Didn’t put a sign saying that and they didn’t say that they didn’t have coca-Cola but there was one worker she look like the Manager her attitude, stink I will never go back there

I order a cheeseburger and a large fries at the kiosk at 7:40pm today Thursday February 13. The lady with the short pony tail about 5’4-1/2 maybe 170pounds prepared my order. She took my ticket when it came out the machine and put it to the side. I watched her make other orders before mine. When I walked in the restaurant there was no one in the line. I ordered at the kiosk because there was no one at the register. All the other workers were doing drive thru orders. When she finally started working on my ticket it was about 7:50, I had been watching my burger sit there for about 10 minutes now which was very frustrating. She picked up my ticket places it on a bag, put my burger in and proceeded to get the sauces I ordered.

The employees here must be illiterate or something because they can’t follow simple instructions. Every time I order from here they get my order wrong. They can’t even put sauce or napkins in the bag let alone give me stuff I payed for. They need to get off them percs or something.

The manager was very rude when I asked to use the locked bathroom after paying for food . I was told they had a low water pressure problem which was untrue and not needed for me to take a piss in a urinal. I can take a cup of water and wash it down the drain. I also know it was a lie because my friend went in earlier to use it and he was asked to buy something first witch I understand because you gotta keep the employees high and dry.The girl at the register was high and smelled like weed. She was very snippy with a complex attitude. The restaurant was very dirty and I could not sit anywhere with soda on a few tables and trash on the rest Now for the food , their was a hair in my burger and the pie I got was all smashed and when I asked for another was told you get what you paid for.. see that why so many black people get a bad rap from a rude black gentleman who seems to be on rag at the time of my last and final visit. This place should be shut down now or get new management because bro just because you have a bad attitude doesn’t mean you can take it out on your customers..

Placed online order. When pulling up to speaker I was told to hold on. I then sat for 10 minutes saying hello hello stuck in the lane with no way out. You can hear people talking on the speaker with an open mic and finally somebody said "hey you forgot to drive through nagga" and shortly after that a female voice said can I help you and I gave her my name and number. I pulled up got my receipt from first window and there was a car that I didn't see before ahead of me at the second window waiting. After waiting another 3 or 4 minutes they pulled away and then I pulled up to the window and waiting another two or three minutes before they said sorry and handed me my food. Ridiculous unprofessional staff. Wish I was able to get out of the lane and cancel my order.

This place need to be closed down serving frozen food given fries out with like six in the container mozzarella sticks cheese is brown instead of white it’s disgusting in the inside and outside the people are ignorant it needs to be close down ASAP I would advise you not get no food there
