They r very slow the cooks joke around the cashier jokes with them food was cold it took them 3 hours to make one order and it was a line from the door to the end yall need to fire everyone and get people that will work and not joke around and play yall will never see my money again GET NEW WORKERS also that place is infested with ants seen 6 on top of the counter

Ordered delivery on Uber Eats to try the new How to Train Your Dragon themed meal. I was excited about the food and thought the burger looked delicious and was really looking forward to getting everything in some super cute How to Train Your Dragon themed packaging.
Long story short, they botched my whole order. I only received half of the mozzarella fries I ordered (ordered 2 but only got 1), received regular lemonade instead of strawberry lemonade, and my burgers were like regular whoppers on the new bun. They had no bacon, no cheese, and barely any condiments on them.
On top of that, all of my food showed up in the regular BK packaging, no fun How to Train Your Dragon stuff.
Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my order, and it was completely their fault and had absolutely nothing to do with Uber Eats.
Food thatโs not up to quality standards and having missing items is bad enough. Not getting special packaging when youโre literally paying for it (thatโs why all the themed food is so much more expensive) is totally unacceptable.

When I entered I was greeted by a cashier named nisha. She was very pleasant and helped me pick a meal in my price range. My food was hot and right. First time EVER coming to this location and being treated that way. Left feeling happy about my food and experience.

I went there yesterday 2/16/25 I order a whopper meal well done the burger was not done at all I trew it in the garbage so I wasted $13 even though I told the drive thru person that I wanted my burger well done when I was ordering my food when I got to the window I ask her again can you please make sure my burger is well done she told me ok when I got the burger it was not well done at all I was pink the fries salty the only thing good was the soda
