I went there yesterday 2/16/25 I order a whopper meal well done the burger was not done at all I trew it in the garbage so I wasted $13 even though I told the drive thru person that I wanted my burger well done when I was ordering my food when I got to the window I ask her again can you please make sure my burger is well done she told me ok when I got the burger it was not well done at all I was pink the fries salty the only thing good was the soda

I went to this particular Burger King once again this is my second time with a situation here at this location 100 w Erie ave # 2664 I order a whooper meal # 1 I told the drive thru person (Glorivee) that I wanted my burger well done due to the fact that I can’t eat raw meat at all so I told her on the mic that I need my meat to be well done she reply’s saying ok that’s all I said yes when I got to the window to pay for my food I ask her can you please make sure my burger is well done because I can’t eat raw meat so when I get to my house I check the food the fries were salty and the freaking burger was not well done at all so basically I gave Burger King $12.90 for food that I threw in the garbage because I got tire of calling the Burger King store and to no avail I though the costumer is always rite but not this time

This isnt real food. The fact that this is allowed to stay in business is proof the FDA doesnt give a damn about the people. Just to be clear, this is a critique of Burger King as a whole not one particular location. Same goes for all fast food chains even the christian chicken spot.

Told there's no coffee after I ordered on a kiosk screen, and not being offering to refund for the coffee which was on the menu but wasn't made at the time was simply stunning. Two employees got vocally flustered, one said I was a "smart ass" for pointing out there was coffee on the menu although it didn't seem anyone felt like there being coffee today. one employee walked away saying she couldn't handle "that" today. The manager arrived and simply credited me for the coffee and fixed the problem. Poor guy. Sorry to the ladies who seemed pretty offended that I'd think there's coffee if it's on the menu.

I placed an order through Uber Eats during the night time, after 12am and received a burger that someone bit in it!!! Bag was properly closed and everything seems fine. Although, we checking the food: notice the bites! Really nasty!!

Yall are actually stupid at this location I ordered food from you guys you gave me the complete wrong order so I got a refund to reorder it and hope yall make it right only for it to not be made at all and argue with my dasher and me on the phone cause your undeveloped minds could grasp that it was a second order being placed. Thanks a lot. Also I was very polite on the phone and you still hung up then blocked my number
