I'm still very disappointed in this restaurant because I went in today, and I actually go about every day or every other day I'm a very good customer and I spend at least $20 there at the least every time, but today I went in after work, needless to say I was a little bit dirty. The girls behind the counter did nothing but laugh and make fun of me. Calling me homeless. Very stereotypical and I can say that I honestly felt so embarrassed and so self-conscious that it's going to make me never want to visit this restaurant ever ever ever again. Can we say childish? Can we say, do you know what A working woman looks like? I work in a tow yard as security and it's none of anybody's business but sometimes my hands get a little bit dirty. I make a very good living. I would stay clear of this restaurant if you want just nothing but teeny boppers serving you and making fun of you and talking and whispering about you. I kind of have to laugh but all in all, what's up with Burger King hiring these types of people? Come on an educate yourselves on proper hiring etiquette.

The worst BK I’ve ever been to I’ve tried to get the cotton candy frozen drink I don’t even know how many times within the last couple of weeks and every single time their “frozen drink machine is not working”. Reporting to corporate ASAP! If I could give negative 10 million stars I promise I would why are you still advertising something you don’t have? I’ve even ordered and paid for it already (((IN THE DRIVE THRU TO BE EXACT)))) they took my payment and when I got to the second window they said they actually don’t have it available…so why did I pay for it already?? I even worked at Burger King in 2020, I’ve worked at McDonalds, Chick-fil-A, sit down restaurants, trust me I understand what the workers go through but this is ridiculous and there’s a strong feeling in me that feels THE MACHINE PROBABLY DOES WORK!

The overnight cashier is mad rude. I have encountered him several times. I love the food but his attitude makes it not worth it at all. He definitely seems to hate his job or just dealing with the general public. He should not be working in customer service or at least given a different role within the company, maybe custodian?

Friendly customer service when ordering your food fast staff, you won’t spent more than 15m in the drive thru. I have never had an issue here, fast. One of my favorite fast food place.
