Really disappointed in a salad that I ordered, lettuce (check), croutons (check), chicken (non existent). I could not believe when you order an $11 Chicken Caesar Salad and get barely any chicken. I am not exaggerating that in total all of the chicken on my salad barely added up to 1 small tender. Won't be going back

I hadn't been to this BurgerFi since my last trip to Philadelphia in over 3 years. I knew from their previous location (across the street from Reading Terminal Market) their food was some of the best! I used to just eat here during my stays from New York.
Was very happy to have found them inside the new mall's food court, and was looking forward to having what was my first meal in over 5 hours, having just come from my Flix Bus.
I ordered my usual: double bacon cheese burger green styled (lettuce wrapped), and a CriFry. The young lady behind the counter was kind enough to check the ingredients of the shakes (I can't have gluten or corn due to my disability), which I appreciate her doing. When my burger came out I was very disappointed with the lack of lettuce! I only got 3 pieces, one of which was broken and had soaked up the grease of my burger.
On the other hand my CriFry was good. Fried and salted perfectly!
The tables were clean. Chairs were clean as well. Only complaint not related to food is that I felt like the rubbish (trash) bins were too far away from the tables. I didn't want to leave my luggage and backpack unattended and risk them getting stolen.
Otherwise I would come back again in the future.

Very disappointed compared to the old location across from the Reading Terminal. I had the CEO Burger. It was cold. I barely tasted the bacon jam so there was no sweetness. It was a bland burger. I also had the Caesar salad. It was bland as well. There was no parmesan cheese.

I order 5 jumbo chicken wings & received 5 small wing dings & was told that's there chicken wings. They advertise for jumbo wings & wing dings for 2 different prices but they are the same size (small). Never again

I thought even after reading the negative reviews id give it a go as my friend and I met downtown for lunch and neither of us have been, that being said I can tell you we won't be coming back. The food was so so, but the people taking our order and bringing us our order were absolutely horrible. You would have thought we had 3 heads the way they looked at us and then to not even wait on us in a timely fashion,when clearly they were not busy except talking to each other. I can honestly say the service was actually a 0 star ⭐, they either need new employees or retrain the ones they have.

I was there Sunday lunch time. Food was hot and came out fast. No complaint. Hope they keep this service and food quality because the staff at other location on 12th st that closed down recently was horrible.

Hours incorrect? Tried to order at 6:17pm after others and was told they're not taking any more orders. Google said closing 7pm. Family member who had ordered food awhile before me had asked for water from the soda fountain and was charged $2.99. Next customer (another family member) was not charged for water. Also heard others talking about them not having supplies for some of the items on the menu. They just don't have it together. Probably ok as a last resort if you're already there and they take your order.

They got my order wrong a couple of times, and I couldn't change it or contact anyone without going back to the restaurant. Instead of doing all of that, I won't be going back. At their prices, everything should be correct.

I will say for first time being at a BurgerFi,it was moderate. Seating was not bad but absolutely the place had stuff around and more so being empty of napkins,ketchup cups and just supplies that should of been taken care of during or before shifts. Feel staff is way overwhelmed and take it out by just not caring enough until they see people complaining or realize customers will leave.All that said,burger was great. Fries lacked a lot of flavor so to the chef be sure to at least add a little salt to fries. Look forward to trying other BurgerFi locations in future but for Fashion District,a solid 3 out of 5 is justified

After a 12 hour shift I decided to give this place another try after a horrible experience the manager was in the back with his durag and AirPods in seen me and my friend upfront ready to order. He looked at me sent the boy came upfront didn’t bother to ask us what we wanted nor speak just poured himself something to drink. I felt very unwelcome and after repeatedly saying hello, they still didn’t take our orders, nor acknowledge us. I guess we’re ghost ? The girl also in the back just stared and had a little attitude towards us as well . Overall this made us felt uncomfortable and this not the 1st time this happened is either between the girl or the manager just a nasty attitude like they don’t like the job. Don’t work somewhere you don’t wanna be. Now I see why the 12th and arch location is closed.?

Today was my first experience eating at burger fi. The service was horrible. He put my hot greesy fires in a thin paper bag . The grease soaked through the bag and he wouldnt give me another bag. I spent almost $ 25.00 and he wouldnt give me a cup for water and he was very nasty. This wasnt a good experience and I wouldnt go back again. Poor manners, business tactics and service.
