I tried this place earlier today because a friend recommended it to me. The food was indeed delicious, but there were many students waiting to pick up their orders. I noticed that several dishes were already ready, yet the staff member did not call our numbers. Instead, she continued announcing order numbers that had no one to claim them. I can understand that this might have been coincidental, but she was also packing those unclaimed orders extremely slowly.
For the students waiting, she did not make any effort to ask whether we needed help or to confirm our order numbers. Earlier, she did look at me like “what’s your order number”, but then seemed to disregard it. When another customer asked whether his food was ready, the staff member responded by saying that “YOU HAVE TO TELL ME.”
Is this really how staff are expected to handle situations when many customers are waiting?

I feel bad for every cow that had to die to become a BurgerFi burger. What an unfortunate fate to end up as something this disappointing. The burgers are as soggy as a wet napkin at the bottom of a sink, and the fries? Let’s just say they’re almost as dry as the Dallas Cowboys’ Super Bowl hopes. No flavor, no crunch, just pure, unseasoned disappointment.
And the service? Somehow just as bland as the food. The only thing colder than the fries is the attitude of the staff, who act like taking your order is the hardest thing they’ve ever had to do. By the time your food finally shows up, you’ll wish it hadn’t.

Incredible Burger venue. You haven’t experienced Temple unless you’ve gone to Burgerfi.

Literally the best burger I've ever had hands down. The kitchen is phenomenal and really pays attention to food allergies. Give this team a raise every single last one of them. But especially the tall guy in the back kitchen on 11/7 got me a gluten-free bun, you are the real MVP

My roommate went last week and ordered an impossible burger as always because she’s vegetarian. They gave her real meat, and when she expressed that her order was wrong, the employee told her she needed to get in line and pay for another one. She did just that and came home with another real burger and got sick because she fully bit into the burger before realizing it was real meat. I’ve noticed this semester specifically the employees here have been very rude.
Employees can’t listen, work at sloth speed, and rude to customers
veggie burger is gas
Horrible customer service. Long wait. Mediocre food.
Great Burger. High quality angus beef. Urban style fries are amazing.
