I order this restaurant on Toast out , and i never received my order. I tried calling both phone numbers that the restaurant has and no one answered the phone. I lost my money and I never got my food. Highly Dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer services. Never will I order from this place again .

I ordered via the app Toast. I noticed something strange after I ordered (no delivery fee) so I tried to call. No one answered. I tried calling 6 times with no answer. It said my order was completed and it has not been delivered.There is probably an issue with the app, but the fact that I couldn’t get in touch with anyone and got charged for it angers me. Now I have to dispute the charged! Just answer the phones, please!

There was 1 employee, who was working her tail off. Kudos to her. I gave 1 star to the headquarters. This was my first time at the establishment ever. I walked in, it was literally 100 degrees minimum. It was smokey, my eyes were burning. I couldn't believe this woman and customers were inside this closed hot as hell establishment. I literally went outside in the heat to escape the heat, and smoke from inside. We could have passed out. Why isnr there any air conditioning? 1 person working hard. It's to much. You have ceiling fans blowing heat around. It was 89 degrees today and it was 100 indoors. I felt like I was in a enclosed smoked out barbecue with no windows. Those working conditions are horrible. She was sweating to death, mind you that's a health hazard for people's food,and as well as hazardous to her health. Drink gallons of water Ms. Its not you it's definitely corporate. Yall can do much better, Or close it down until you get proper air conditioning for your employees and customers.

Small amazing burger joint, that knows how to do a burger right! The man behind the grill makes each burger to order with attention to every detail, I got the Cowboy and it tasted fantastic, my wife ordered the original and she was extremely satisfied! The burgers themselves taste incredible and are nice and large for the 10- 11 dollar price tag these really are a nice value and a filling meal.The establishment was clean and welcoming and the staff was friendly fast and just all around amazing! Also the dining area is nice and air-conditioned so that's a great plus for these hot summer days.

Please do not order delivery from this restuarant. Food never came and I got a call at my expected delivery time from one of their “employees” who spoke very rudely that my food was ready and I was supposed to pick it up because no one came to deliver it. I’m sorry I ordered delivery and that no one came to pick it up but how is it my fault? You need to address with your management and affiliates and not get mad at your customers. Don’t even bother buying takeout from here either at this point.

I forget the name of the chicken sandwich I had however it was SO flavorful! Perfectly cooked, sweet seasoning, onions, bacon cooked to perfection! I loved that the bun was buttered and toasted it added to the flavor.

A guy was on the sidewalk handing out free chicken wings, and it was delicious! It was really crispy and heavily seasoned. I'll definitely go back to try the fried chicken sandwich or wings

Came here at 8:20 with my pregnant wife and 2 babies in the car. Sign said "sorry we're closed" even though online and on the sign on the door BOTH said 9PM. I knocked on the glass, and the lady behind the counter gave me a nasty look. May be the best burgers in the world, but unfortunately 0 stars is not possible given this experience.
Burger was good. YouTube music video playlist on TV was good. Only one person working so it took way too long for the order. Should have 2 employees

Wow! This was hands down one of the best impossible plant-based burgers i've ever had. This is the type of food that will help convince folks to go vegan. So much flavor and balance in this burger! Chef Eddie when describing how great he makes his food said he put his foot in this burger but it seems like he put the whole leg because damn it was good. Im so glad i ate this with nobody around because i was licking the carton and the wrapper craving for more. Will definitely be back!

The options and variety are great because you can build your ideal burger but the burgers are TOO greasy. It was a try one time type of place. Definitely overpriced. Do not order the fries. They were bland, basic and not worth it. Also, all the soda from the soda fountain was flat so was that was also a let down. Save your fries and soda money for next door and get yourself some rolled ice cream.

Very best service and how it was made made the huge difference.... 10 stars!!I have been to other locations where i would rate average place with high price burger place. and then we go to this location .. whatta difference... this is 10 times better in service and how it was served...Would go again, without a doubt...
