I don’t have good credit. I came over this morning to order a cake. I said I’d pick it up at 5 o’clock. When I came over to pick it up after 5 o’clock, I said it wasn’t ready yet. I said I’d make it for you right away. I was really speechless.

I've been on a years-long quest for a decent baked pork bun since my favorite bakery in NYC Chinatown closed during Covid so I was excited to find this bakery. Their pork buns looked delicious and plump. Sadly, that was all - the outer part was as good as it looked but the meat inside was minimal at best. Why even bother making these? The success of a business consists of repeat business - I won't buy these ever again. Definitely a waste of $2 - even if they were fifty cents each, still not worth it. Who do they think they're fooling? Fool me once, shame on them, fool me twice, shame on me. Back to square one in my search....

We order cake from here almost every family members' birthday. Disappointed because we a birthday cake for 11am pick up today and arrived at 11:40 and the cake was still being made.

The product was wrong. The taro cream layer cake turned out to be taro sandwiched in the middle. I was really speechless.

The product was not the right version. I ordered a birthday cake and agreed to put durian in the middle, but when I got home, it turned into canned fruit in the middle. I am really disappointed, which shows that the merchant has a problem with credit.
